The Arrival of the Dragon

MoMo ran for his life. Oh, no, why did she have to find me here? thought MoMo as he raced into the Kawani village, screaming.
"She's coming! Run for your lives! She is coming!" screamed MoMo, knowing full well the two-leggers won't understand him. MoMo sighed, a bit disappointed. No doubt she was right behind him.
MoMo felt a tug from the back of his neck, something had caught onto his fur. Slowly, he felt himself rise off the ground, his legs dangling in the air. MoMo tilted his head up, looking straight at the creature. This wasn't going to be a good day for MoMo.
The creature, with MoMo clenched by her teeth, flew over to the mountains before spitting MoMo down onto a rock. MoMo winced in pain from the fall as he watched the beast swoop down before him.

Gwee the Kalona looked down at MoMo, a look of pure disgust and disappointment.
"So, you thought you could run away from me, did you MoMo?" said Gwee coldly. Her voice was calm, but full of biterness, anger and hatred. "You are lucky I did not drop you when we were flying higher, you wouldn't even be living. But I can't do that to you, MoMo, now can I?"
Gwee sharply turned her head and glared at the incompotent critter.
"I turn my back on you for just one moment and you run away, trying to play a game? What were you expecting, MoMo, that I would never find you? Is that what you were expecting, or just what you are hoping for?" Gwee leaned in close to MoMo. "Well, stupid ferret, not everyone gets what they want."
Gwee turned away from the ferret and whipped her tail at him, smacking him. The forceful hit knocked MoMo off his feet and tossed him a few feet towards the edge of the mountain.

Roleplay Log, via AIM
June 6, 2007
Tahlia (Crowfoot), Astia (Crowfoot), Kimi (Silent Spy), Molimo (Silent Spy), Midna (Silent Spy)

Crowfoot
Tahlia grumbled something under her breath, and gave a side long glance to her mother. Why couldn't she just be alone for once? It seemed that ever since the mare had grown up, Astia had been nagging and nosing her way into her life. Wasn't that the father's job or whatever? "Maaaam, don't you have somewhere else to be? Like with Da or something?"

Tia blinked at her daughter, puzzled. "No, hun. Besides, you know, I thought we could like... hang out, or something." Weren't kids supposed to be clingy? That's how the mother remembered Tahlia, when she was a filly. Clingy and unsure. Surely she still needed, or atleast wanted her mother, right?

“Whatever." Tahlia moaned, and picked up her trostting pace, hoping to lose the golden mare.

Silent Spy
The young, beautiful and pregnant Kimi slowly walked through the clearing. Lately, her walk appeared to be more of a waddle. Her hind legs had troubles keeping her whole body up, causing her to limp slightly as she walked. It looked anything but elegant. So, Kimi practiced a more 'elegant' walk for her new pregnant body. She needed to look beautiful, it was only Kimi's nature to be beautiful!

Molimo followed after Kimi, looking at her strangely as she walked. What was she doing? Kimi just continued to walk in circles, pausing everynow and then. She'd continue with a new posture, but then start to limp again. Molimo rolled his eyes. Sometimes Kimi would do such bizarre things.

Crowfoot
Tahlia blinked, and looked on at this strange sight. What was that poor mare /doing/? "Are you alright, ma'am?" She called out, dryly. Astia nudged her daughter, whispering into her ear. "She's pregnant!" "I know, Ma." Tahlia frowned at her mother, and looked back at the mare. Oh, a little bear was following her, too. How cute! Unlike the big hungry ones that ate foals, it was brightly colored, exactly like the mare itself. Hmm. Astia finally piped up, looking at the mare with a faint grimace. "Hullo! I'm Astia, and this is my daughter, Tahlia." Introductions were always needed, right?

Silent Spy
"Hi!" said Kimi, giving a fake smile to the two mares. Ugh, like she cared at all about those two? Seriously. Who did they think they are just going up and talking to Kimi like that? Ever since Kimi got pregnant, she found her hormones raging, her social skills were completely off. All she ever seemed to care about was herself, her babies or Lucius. Sweet, sweet Lucius...oh. Right. The other two mares. Kimi almost started daydreaming again. She looked down at Molimo, who was giving her an odd look. Did she introduce herself yet? She wasn't quite sure. It'd be pretty rude to not introduce herself....oh well, guess she'll just be rude!

Crowfoot
Astia bobbed her head gently at the mare. "Who would you be, dear?" "Maaam!" Tahlia glared at her mother, and asked the mare, "Are you okay, miss? You seem to be having a bit of trouble there."

Silent Spy
"Yes, I'm fine!" shouted Kimi, flashing a broad smile and an extremely phony snobbish laugh as she continued to walk around in circles, shifting posture every few seconds. The entire process looked to be a really strange dance. However, Kimi tried to remain casual and nonchalant, not wanting to look odd to these two mares, despite how silly she may really look.

The mysterious mare giggled at the sight of the bizarre pregnant blue girl. Her laugh was childish, yet, eerie at the same time. She remained hidden among the trees, hiding from the other mares.

Crowfoot
Tahlia frowned slightly, and pressed on. "Are you sure?" Surely she couldn't be okay, with all those weird steps. And she didn't want to be of blame is something really was wrong with her! Her ear twitched slightly. Was that laughter?

Silent Spy
"OF COURSE I'M SURE DAMMIT!" screamed Kimi, suddenly angry. Oh, that would be a mood swing. That was a part of her pregnancy too. She rushed toward other two mares, feeling like screaming in their faces. She wasn't sure why, but it seemed like it could be fun. "WOULD I SAY I'M FINE IF I WASN'T? HUH? WHAT ARE YOU, SOME KIND OF IDIOT!?"

The laughing mare giggled some more as she emerged from behind the trees while the pregnant blue mare screamed. Midna looked at the two mares being shouted at and couldn't help but laugh and laugh some more! "The fat clumsy one yells loudly!"

Crowfoot
"Okay, WHAT?" Tahlia was shocked! Surely she hadn't said anything rude, or mean, or anything! Well, know she would. "Well excuuuuse me for wanting to offer some assistance to your lazy, fat but! I'll know better next time, trust me." Her face had taken on a sneer, and she stomped a hoof at the pregnent mare. "Tahlia!" Astia was shocked! How dare her daughter be so rude, especially to that poor mare. Hell, she had so pretty drastic mood swings herself. "Tahlia, behave- huh?" She was stopped midsentance by the other mare's simple words. "Uhh.. hello?"

Silent Spy
“You...you...YOU b***h!" shouted Kimi. She then began to scream the words over and over again, childishly repeating herself. Eventually, the tone of her voice shifted off into a young child's taunting song, her words looping in a never ending cycle. "You're a b***h. b***h b***h b***h. You're a b***h. Big fat b***h. b***h b***h b***h. You're a b***h!"

"Naughty, naughty," said Midna, eyeing the younger of the other two mares, the one referred to as 'Tahlia'. She then looked at the other one, the mother, and smiled. "Teeheehee, hello."

Crowfoot
Tahlia screamed in frustration. "What the ******** is your problem? It's not my fault if you're the big fat b***h! It's a wonder any stallion at all could mate you, your a** is so big he would have quite some trouble!" Astia stared at her daughter, shocked. Well, maybe she had been her mother's daughter. Instead of worrying herself with all those swears, however, seh turned to the mare, not noticing anything odd about her speech. "Hall, I'm Astia, who're you?"

Silent Spy
"Why would you say that to me?" cried Kimi hysterically. That mare was so mean to her! It's not like Kimi did anything to provoke that! Or, did she? She couldn't remember. WHO CARES? "Why are you such a mean person? I'm just minding my own business and then you gotta be all my mean to me..."

"Teehee, you asked who I am. That's funny," said Midna, laughing at Astia and then laughing at the crying blue mare.

Crowfoot
"Uh, minding your own business? I think not. Oh, come on, don't cry." Tahlia sighed and looked at the mare. Great. She hadn't meant to make her cry. Okay, maybe she had, but whatever! The mare looked so pathetic! Astia furrowed her brows slightly, curious as to why that was funny. "Well? Do you have a name?"

Silent Spy
”I'm all fat and pregnant and you just go and make fun of me, being all annoying and stuff. You're such a mean person. I HATE YOU!" she shouted through her tears. Kimi sure was odd when she was pregnant.

seagreen
"Names...sure, here is a name....Betty. Or Melissa. Kitty. Daniel. Michael. James. Midna. Fred. Billy," said Midna as she said names the popped into her head.

Crowfoot
Tahlia simply stared now. There was no point in talking, really. Besides, it was amusing enough. She instead turned her attention to the new mare, and looked at it questiongly. What an odd thing on it's head. Astia said, " No, I mean /your/ name."

Silent Spy
"It's all your fault! You mean silent person you!" screamed Kimi as she cried. She then looked around, realizing she was acting strange. "I mean....uh...." Kimi looked at the two mares awkwardly before starting to creep away and then started to run off, waddling all the way.

"Er. Hormones," said Molimo, excusing Kimi's behavior. He bowed his head and chased after her.

"My name, I gave you my name, can you guess what it is?" asked Midna, softly giggling to herself.

Crowfoot
Tahlia looked down at the bear. "I had a feeling." She said, dryly, before looking back to the curious mare with the headdress. "Huh? What are you doing, mam?"

Astia sighed and looked at her daughter. "Guessing her name, I guess." "Ah." Astia replayed the names in her mind, before replying, "Melissa?"

Silent Spy
"No, its not Melissa...," said Midna with a smile.

Crowfoot
"Kitty then? Is it Kitty?"

Silent Spy
"No, but getting closer," lied Midna mischeviously.

Crowfoot
"Oh really? How about..." Was Midna a girl's name? Might as well try. "Midna?" Astia guessed.

Silent Spy
"Teehee, that's right!" giggled Midna. "Oh, oh, oh! I have a fun riddle for you...There is a mother and father with four daughters. Each daughter has one brother. How many are in this family?"

Crowfoot
Astia smiled slightly at this. Yay? Midna, what an interesting name. "Oh! I know this one! There's the mother and father, that's two, the sisters, that's six, and the brother, that's 7!" She smiled triumphantly, grinning at her daughter. Tahlia continued to stare at the grass.

Silent Spy
"Lucky guess," said Midna, a bit disappointed that the mare got the question right. "Well, here is something that pertains to what actually is happening. If I were to tell you that everything I say is a lie, am I telling the truth or a lie?"

Crowfoot
Astia frowned at this one, biting her lip. "Uhh, wow, that's a bit tough." She thoguht for another moment. "If you were to tell me... Hmm. Would it be a lie?"

Silent Spy
"A lie? Are you sure, would you bet your life on it?" asked Midna, toying with the mare's uncertainty of her answer. Had she been certain, it would not have been posed as a question.

Crowfoot
Astia frowned again. "Maybe..?" She finally replied, weakly.

Silent Spy
"Fair enough," said Midna. "Fortunately for you, you were correct. I will ask you one more question. You get one chance. If you get it wrong, you will die. Tonight. In your sleep." Of course, Midna did not know this for sure, but scaring the mare felt like fun. "If it is the size of a two-legger baby, how many apples can you put in an empty basket?"

Crowfoot
"Uhuh, right." The mare blinked at Midna, not sure if she was telling the truth or not. "Uhhmm.. Would it be enough to feed a two legger baby?" She winced at her reply, doubting that it was correct.

Silent Spy
”Unfortunately, no. It looks like you will be facing an almost certain death tonight! Teehee! Good bye now!" said Midna, giggling as she started to trot off from the other two mares. Her childish giggle slowly transformed into a manical laughter as she disappeared among the trees.

Crowfoot
Astia stared silently at this crazy mare, confused and a bit bewildered. Whaaa? What the hell did she mean? Even Tahlia looked up, startled as the giggle turned into a horrible laughter. Once she dissapeared, Tahlia murmured, "Better not go to sleep tonight, then?" She added a dry chuckle, trying to lighten hr mother up. Astia scowled back at her.
