I didn't start liking them until about a year or two ago when I finally took the time to actually listen to them, and understand what they're about. I love the way Daron writes music, and how their lyrics are so original.
I hated them the first time I heard them, but that's my brother's fault. When "Sugar" first came out, he'd take every opportunity to sneak up behind me or whoever and just go "SUGAH!.
b*****d...

What awakened me to the greatness of SOAD? I was with my girlfriend a year ago, and she showed me an AMV of Fooly Cooly to Chop Suey. It was awesome, and I fell in love with the song. I later started to listen to more of their songs. SOAD is cool because they can express madness and insanity in a good way. It's AWESOME! They rock our world!

Washulove T_________T You know how much I hate AMVs? 3nodding I don't really like them that much, either. neutral It's better to see the band, than some anime characters.

Where do i begin? First of all, I'd love to point out that they are the most original band out there. I love their sound, style, and lyrics. Speaking of their lyrics, they actually have a good point to them and they aren't about typical things bands tend to sing about. I love that they are involved in politics, so it makes the songs much more powerful... I love the fact that they don't suck live! And that they sound fantastic even when they are jumping around on a stage.... Ah, and the list goes on.

It was there style that came from out of no where, entered my bloodstream and erupted my brain from the pain there thoughts contain.
Plus it's great entertainment.

I would have to say the first thing thet got me into System was the lyrics...they rocked but still made you think and thats hard to find in most bands now a-days. They are really political and not afraid of what they sing about. But what really gets me is how easy it is to inturpret there songs to fit ones life...i know we all have had moments where we could relate to "question" or "lonly day" or even "B.Y.O.B"...even if the way we see it is completely different from S.O.A.D's meaning. ninja

For me, I remember when I was oung, my friend introduced me to them but I never really liked rock then sweatdrop . Then one day, when I was riding somewhere with another friend, Chop Suey! came on, but they neve knew who the singers were (they thought it was Offspring...). A year later, I went to the Flea Market and some guy was playing it and I asked what song it was and who sang it and he told me the accurate knowledge! Then, I heard B.Y.O.B and one thing led to another and BOOM! Hardcore fan...
