"Well, I could try it. If you like it." Apollo nodded and flew intot he air. Once there he looked back down at the lake. She just dropped, right? He did that and made a pretty good splash.
"That was a little fun! Oh, what is that?" Apollo asked after he recovered.

Bo laughed, shaking water out of her face from Apollo's splash. She swam back over to him and held up the scallop. "It's a scallop. An animal lives inside. Isn't the shell pretty? There's loads of beautiful shells around and under the lake."

Apollo looked at it. "I don't know much about the lake. I only know a little?. That is very pretty." He touched it to feel the shell.

Apollo made a light and put it in the water. He wanted to see these fish. He didn't want to put his head under the water, though.

Bo smiled and pet the scallop. "You do? That's neat!" She watched Apollo look underwater with his light and giggled. "You won't see anything like that. It's too deep for light. Ya gotta go under it to see the real treasures!"

"Yeah, I met him once when I was a little kid. Long time ago now. Before my mom became an elder." He wondered where the Merion lived anyway. It was odd to think of things living in the water.
"Oh, well I don't really want to...not yet." He didn't think he was ready to start swiming to the bottom of the water. He had just tried swimming after all.

"Cooool. I never met one personally. Anyways you wanna sit on the beach for awhile? To relax a bit? If you stay in the water too long ya get wrinkly hands." She held up a pruney hand and wiggled the fingers. "Water does that when you're in it too much."

Apollo made the light vanish as he looked to his hands. "Oh, that is odd. Does that mean we shouldn't be in the water?" He asked as he began to swim towards the shore.
Apollo got out and sat by his staff. He put a bigger light on it so that Bo-bae and he could see.

"Oh no no. That's not it at all. Your skin just absorbs the water a little. After you're out and dry they'll go back to normal. And thanks for the light, she jerked her head up toward the staff and smiled. She swam up to the shore and shook herself off and squeezed the water out of her hair. "Whoooo. Chilly too." She shivered but laughed as well.

Apollo nodded. Water was a very interesting thing. "I can help with light, but not warmth I'm afraid." He shurgged as he too wrung out his hair. Curse of long hair, he guessed.

"I like your hair." She giggled and pet a lone strand of it. "It's so long and dark. And the little bits of orange make it look so fancy! I've just got boring blue hair." She wrung her hair out more.

"Yeah? I was thinking of cutting it. It's the same as my dads. You're hair is nice and curly." He nodded to her.
"So, should we build a nice camp fire? And have a nice camp on the beach?"

Bo blushed and stroked her damp hair. "Ya think so? Thank you." She giggled. "Hmmm. I like your hair long. It makes you look extra fancy!"

"Oh..okay I guess so. I really just it would be fun as a change from my dad's look." He shurgged.
Just then a rather handsome adult male demon came out beside them. "I thought you might like this." he put out a blanket and then some wood. Hula Bob then lit it with his fireworks. "Have an awesome night!" With that he took off.
Apollo smiled and waved. "Thanks!" He then sat on the blanket next to the fire.
