Nope. None of the filler episodes are in the manga (wanted to see Xellos in the dress stressed ). It's just plot. Although, um, this may count as a spoiler, he does wipe out a section, if not an entire town. Body parts lying everywhere....
And in the English translated, he calls Lina "Linni-kins." And calls Amelia "child" at some point, which I thought was really cool.

Weird, just after I asked that question the mail comes and number seven is in it. I've already read it and I would rate it a 100/10. Too awesome for words. Xellos is so awesome there!!!

Grr... I can't wait for 6 to get to me. I ordered it at the same time as 7, so I thought they'd come at the same time. Instead I had to read them out of order... Still awesome though. Who would have thought that mazoku cared about their hair?

I know, he was probably just trying to be annoying. And he is rather strange as mazoku go. I haven't seen any other ones that will wear in a chinese dress when the human form they take is clearly male.
I just got 6 yesterday, and I found the part where he was complaining about having a good hair day. That was a funny scene... there are some awesome quotes in there as well. Like when Lina says that he's "kinda charming, in a creepy way."
