Charlotte turned her gaze back upon Erik, what was he going to do with a book on Pure Energy. She studied his face for a moment, before turning back towards the Librarian.

"Hmmm, tricky...I see what you mean. Not too much information available...it'll take me awhile to pull together what we do have. Can you come back...or better yet, can you meet me at Dementia...say about 9ish?"

Erik turned away and walked outside of the Library. Its gonna be a trap.... he thought to himself.

If someone's looking into Pure Energy, Aunt Erica's gonna wanna know... Laurel thought to herself before turning to Charlotte. "And what can I do for you?"

Whoever he was, he was going to get himself in a lot of trouble. It was suicide asking for any book on Pure Energy. But of course, he was sucidial. Though, she couldn't remember anyone who she knew who was, or anyone that would turn down that road.
She watched Erik depart, before turning her attention to the Librarian. "Oh, I'm Charlotte Smithers the new assistant Librarian." She stated softly pressing a warm smile.

"Wow, someone thought there was enough work here for two of us?" she laughed, "I'm Laurel. Let me show you around." I wonder if she's here to spy on me, she thought as she gave Charlotte the grand tour:
The shelves, the reading area, the locked door to the second floor ("Even I don't have a key"), and the workroom in the basement.

"Nice to meet you," Charlotte said politely, as she again gave the girl a warm smile. "What's upstairs?" She asked curiously glancing towards the locked door as they passed it.

"Oh," She stated as she glanced up towards the ceiling as if to listen and try hear such footsteps. "Okay, sure." She stated and headed behind the desk, waiting for anyone to walk through the door, though she highly doubted anyone would.

Laurel returned, having completed the research. "Here's Mr. Fox's results," she said, laying the folder on the corner of the desk. "I'll take it to him tonight at the club. Now I need to finish cataloging the new books. It should only take about...20 minutes, including typing in the data and printing the cards. After that, I'll take over the desk and you can have a break, OK?"

A girl with short red hair walked in and looked around. Did they really need someone to help out here?! There was nothing in here. she sighed and looked at the girl who sat at the desk. She must be the Librarian. "Umm..Hello. My name is Elspeth and I was told I was going to ork here. So umm..." A light blush colored her face. She couldn't think of what else to say.

Laurel finished the cataloging and came back upstairs with an armload of books. When she saw the red-headed girl talking to Charlotte, she found a shelving cart to set the books on, and joined them.
"Hello, may I help you?"

"Okay," She said taking the folder and placing it in a desk drawer so it wouldn't be lost. "Before you leave, remember it's in the folder. I'm putting it out of the way so it doesn't get lost." She stated with a warm smile.
Charlie watched Laurel head downstairs, once she was out of sight she took the folder in hand and read through it. If Laurel came back upstairs unexpectedly she would she Charlie simply drumming her fingers on the desk, or looking through the things at the desk to try and get aquainted with everything. A simple illusion.
Charlie read through everything before setting the folder back into the drawer. It was at this time that a red headed girl walked in. Warm smile slide onto her facial features as she turned towards the girl. "Can I help you miss?" She asked before Elspeth even announced herself.
"Work?" She said with a raised eyebrow, "Oh, uh... you may need to speak with Laurel about that. I'm fairly new myself." She said, giving a weak 'I'm sorry' expression.
"Laurel, could you help this young lady, she says she's going to be working here. Mind giving her a tour?"
