...beautiful 'Mushi' lyrics... *sniffle* Ur, I mean... *cough* I'm not crying, nope! I just have a cold coming on...yep... *shifty eyes* xd *laughs*
Here are some lyrics (of one of mah favouritest (??) songs biggrin ) I translated myself, so parts might be wrong, but I'm pretty confident about it ^_^" Also, I did what I call a "straight translation", which means I tried to stick to the Japanese lyrics as much as possible, such as keeping to the same sentence structure and using the exact English translations for the words...so the English might seem a little strange... I was just scared that I'd loose the "true meaning" of the song if I translated it so the English would make more sense... sweatdrop
RED...[em] Lyrics: Kyo Composed by: Die <3 xp Translated by: Me (DreadDreamerDie) sweatdrop
In a room with a red wall, there hangs a Rosalyn and scattered petals which scent. Here, you are not
Sitting on the velvet sofa, I close my eyes as the dreams silently turn into ashes The reason I laugh at a local movie is the screen showing you
The cresent-shaped lamp, even now, glows red Good-bye... My lovely vivan-scented You rises
The sink is decorated with perfumes. The black and white photo is crying Only what you see is everything and there is no reason to that
Cut down your discomfort wings It's dying on you Cut down your discomfort wings Watching an unreachable tomorrow
A Church which has just been built; a Choir of children sing a Hymn To a journey which passes before my eyes, my soul cried out
There's no forgetting now, the past, or what's to come. Only the believers are led to salvation? Trying to make me look Stupid
On the turning-turning-turning Merry-go-round you are... "Why can't we be perfect?" In my sweaty palm I clench your photo and an ice-pick. "Why can't it be?"
On the turning-turning-turning Merry-go-round you are withered In my sweaty palm I clench your photo and an ice-pick
Cut down your discomfort wings To be Freer... Cut down your discomfort wings Keep the door closed
>>> And here is the more "understandable translation", which means I looked over both the Japanese lyrics and the "straight translation" to make more sense of it...but as this is done by me, it's more like my interpretation, which is probably wrong, so please don't kill me eek >_<"
In this room, on a red wall, there hangs a Rosalyn and scattered flower petals fill the room with their scent. But you are not here.
I sit on the velvet sofa and close my eyes, as my dreams turn into ashes silently. The reason I watch and laugh at a local movie, is because I see you on the screen.
The cresent-shaped lamp, even now, glows red. "Good-bye..." My lovely vivan-scented girl rises.
The sink is decorated with perfumes. The black and white photo is crying. What you see is what you get; and that's that.
Cut off your discomforting Wings - they're dying on you. Cut off your discomforting Wings. I watch an unreachable tomorrow.
In a newly built Church, a choir of children sing a hymn. My soul cries out to this journey which passes before my eyes.
There's no forgetting the Present, the Past, or the Future. Are only the believers are led to salvation? That's a stupid question.
The Merry-go-round continues to turn around and around and around... "Why can't we be a perfect couple?" In my sweaty palm I clench a photograph of you and an ice-pick. "Why can't we be?"
The Merry-go-round continues to turn around and around and around, and on it, I see you drying up and withering. In my sweaty palm I clench a photograph of you and an ice-pick.
Cut off your discomforting Wings so you can be Freer. Cut off your discomforting Wings But keep the doors closed...
Woah, that was long...sorry...@_@

Did anyone do Yokan yet?
premonition
Only on the surface now I'm toying with you you do not notice a thing In minus (180 degrees celcius) frozen love
in taciturn you, with taciturn love, a taciturn discomfort in taciturn me, with taciturn love, a taciturn scar
you are the eighteenth one you didn't notice me supported by kindness this love made frozen
in quiet you, with quiet love, kill the quiet pleasure in quiet me, with quiet love, quiet....
I cannot change, I cannot return, taciturn love quietly, quietly, we two entangled
my inner heart's reticence, my inner heart's quiet, striking towards the heart my inner heart's reticence, my inner heart's quiet, even if I try to toy with your heart
from sometime ago I had noticed you but to be only by your side is all I need
I held you close at the end I don't know if this will become the end
Lyrics - Kyo Music - Die

Evyndr Brenli Evyndr Can anyone find the lyrics to sangeki no yoru? I've failed to find them sofar crying Wau... finding lyrics to this song is harder than I thought it would be... Yeah, it's like no one wants us to know what they're singing. sweatdrop Ok, isn't sangeki no yoru the same thing as kiri to mayu?!?!?! Kiri to Mayu (Fog and Coccoon)I don't need this body which will only grow weaker and rot even though we could have loved each other forever so that you'll love me this way always I want to see your happy smiling face forever when I swallow the capsule... that I always kept locked in my desk we can kiss forever. How long has it been since then? without you in my world, the sun has set. I've said goodbye to those around me one after another but, I gave you a kiss as you slept quietly. I've lived out the time without you, that can't be turned back the memory tortures me, since then something new began. the flowers we grew together back then now bloom in profusion beautifully by your side even a moment of joy pains me through this long night . with a cold knife to close my eyes eternally....

I'm not sure if they're the same song. Though I am... pretty sure. sweatdrop
I've only heard sangeki no yoru on the PV. So, maybe it's just the PV version of kiri to mayu? It starts and ends kind of differently. Otherwise, I think it's the same. I'll have to listen to them even more carefully.
But, the thing is. In the sangeki no yoru PV, they have these subtitles on the bottem and they're NOTHING like the kiri to mayu translation! I don't know what those subtitles are for. I don't think they have anything to do with the song... they're just there to confuse you maybe?
*has just bought an inspector hat*
It's a Dir en grey mystery! surprised
*puts on hat and goes off to search for a clearer solution*

Ok, this isn't the exact translation. They appear on the bottem of the PV. My friend and I paused through it one night and wrote down all the lyrics. It was kind of hard, they were very faded. It's almost impossible to know what they are unless you pause. I wonder what's the point? They kind of just... explain the story... I dunno............ sweatdrop
Oh, and Factum is Latin for deed. In case someone didn't know that (I didn't when I first saw it in the PV... 0_o)
Sangeki no Yoru (Tragedy Night)
My drifting in the street
A girl who appeared
Being caught on the eyes
Found myself talking to
To somewhere we should go
Joyfully
Very attracting and playing against the will
On time as you were
Soon tears trickled down one's cheek
Excess of your charm brought
An inexhaustible hate for me
Which forced my hand
To strangulate you forcefully
At you, of forceless
Again and again
'Tis my hand
That was striking
In your flower gardenlet seedling
The buds wet redly
Never be in its bloom
My arms cut up
Blood running off, by me
My blood washed yours
Tears flowed over
Then i put your body
Into refrigerator
And themselves
Under the ground deep down
The crime was of her
Persuading myself many time
Love, nothing of my desires
That the crime uncompensatory
Won't allow anyone to be free
Factum.
Inviting me to death
A white piece of rope
And i have lived with
Colored into all red. Tragedy.
With nothing lost.
The night tragical even
Just broke through her fall.
