At Lyra's mention of Faile'Ania D'lora, Kanashi bowed his head out of custom and he did not fail to take notice of his mother's mention of his intrusion either...he had never been the best at remembering certain rules. The day just seemed to be full of surprises, it seemed that the Pearle Kingdom had also been dismembered. Kanashi wasn't sure if he should take this news as a blessing or a curse. Of course it would only aid in making their peace agreement more swift, but who was he to argue with his mother?

Suddenly, a great shift took place, he was thrown to the floor and a sharp pain pulsated through his mind. Unbenounced to him his eyes flashed a fierce shade of purple momentarily. He winced as he quickly pulled himself off the floor and ran a hand over his temple and through his hair. At the moment he was too preoccupied to curse as he may have done under different circumstances.

His eyes narrowed slightly at the mention of peace between the two powers, but a small smirk spread across his face...there would be much more fighting to come...

A short time later, a guard knocked on the door and proceeded to open it without permision. "My Lady, we are indeed under attack! There are people from Pearle here to see you, among them are Esperanza's princess Nadira and the -new- Queen of Pearle the Lady Marta. They request to speak with you right away m'am. Further, we are indeed under attack, two mages broke through security but have been halted in the east wing. Last report says they were battling eachother as well as another mage who apparently came ahead of this second party from Pearle."

Lyra listened as the guard gave his report, when he was finished she said, "Good work man, now get the message out that I want all of these people detained and sent to this room. If the mages prove to continue in their hostility, I want you to knock them out. Either way, I want every one of those people in this room. Now off with you!"

She turned from the closing door and regarded the people in the room, "Now then, since there is apparently a new Queen I believe that I'll wait to hash out an agreement with her. If this Martta is anything like I think she is, we'll soon be at peace. Ayame, Rae, I'll leave devising a peace treaty to you and that new Queen. Bring it to me to look over and sign once you're done. If the good Queen complains about such things, remind her that she is in my empire, not her kingdom.
Kanashi, you must be respectful of all those that will be entering thsi room, I realise some of them are potential enemies but bare with me for now.

Lady Faile, I believe that once your Queen arrives you would like to discuss things with her, as such you will be provided a seperate room to converse."

Her instructions finished, Lyra walked to the head of the table and sat down in her chair to await the new arrivals.

She got up and brushed herself lightly at her chest and waist. After Ayame was done, and regained her balance fully, she brought her hands to her chest and bowed. "Indeed your highness," as she lifted her head up, she turned her head slightly over to Rae and smiled, placing her hands back at her sides.

Kanashi took his seat next to the head of the table once again without protest. "Mages?" He wondered as he crossed his arms over his chest and watched as people scurried about trying to carry out their orders.

Lyra looked up from something she had been reading when Junai burst in. Normally she would reprimand whomever did such a thing, but this was Junai, the Captain of the Houkan Royal Guard. He wouldn't do such a thing unless it was important.

After listening to what he had to say, she nodded and said, "Good job Junai. I don't suppose you know exactly when they'll be here, do you? I imagine it will be some time...the palace is rather large so I'll go onto my other question: Do you know who they are? Aside from the to Ladys of course, but who are the mages...and who accompanies the ladies?"

Lyra watched him expectantly.

((Yea, Junai is only 16, so what. Esperanza is ruled by a 17 year old...so there.))

"I'm sorry, my Lady Lyra..." Junai looked into Lyra's eyes, making sincere, yet firm eye contect, "But i do not know anything except thir names. I have been informed that tose names are 'Tsuki', 'Shavas', 'Anke', 'Nefen', 'Nadeira', 'Vermillion', and the Queen Marta. My guards will bring them here shortly."

Ayame nodded to Rae, "Indeed, i-" at that moment she was cut off by the Houkan Royal Guard. She stayed quiet after that, and sat next to Rae, stroking hr hand through her long hair. She listened the conversation going on, as ideas for the treaty she and Rae were about to make ran through her head. She thought about what would please the Queen, but also please her Empress. She wondered what Rae had in mind.
