Yes! I really need to mod my PS2 or get one of those Free Play discs so I can import this game and play it as soon as possible...

I have the rom and a transl. for the GBA game, but it's just not the same. crying

Cheap modded PS2? Good luck xd . I think it'd be cheaper to just mod your current PS2. I might do that myself, though mine is a little old. I hope the game is worth it though. It seems like they make a fighting game out of every anime though, I'd really prefer an RPG. A Naruto fighting game I can understand, but can you believe they made an X fighting game? Oh well, it's better than no Saiyuki game, so I shouldn't complain.

I don't even have a PS2. I'm a hardcore Nintendo fan. XD. 'swhy I hope and pray that there'll be a Saiyuki game for their next console, and that Saiyuki'll be well-known enough that they'll import it. crying

The one I have is something of an EXTREMELY linear RPG, mostly following the events of the Homura arc. But the minigames are the best. There's one where you play poker with Gojyo, and another where you try to get Goku to eat as much as he can in a given time. XD

Sounds fun. I wouldn't mind a drinking contest with Hakkai. Maybe the Gunlock game has mini-games as well. I wonder if it also has alternate outfits for the characters, since I saw pajama Sanzo (Sanzo with his top down and the sleeveless thing exposed) and the new Kougaiji, but it would be cool to have Sanzo's regular outfit and maybe Kougaiji's old outfit... maybe even artbook outfit unlockables! Okay... I'm getting a little too hopeful.

Heheheh.... that'd be so awesome. And I'd hope there are alternate outfits. After all, that's a staple of ALL fighting games!

I really hope so. There are none in the Naruto fighting game! It's just different colors. And you can't do that with Saiyuki! scream
