Kadaj in my opinion...and plus his sword is more painful then sephy's i mean come on...when the blades are that close you cant sew it together...ow...

Sephie would win imo. He's way stronger, and he uses more than just physical attacks. Kadaj only ever used one materia. He should have been using them left and right. Sephie always used them, and he could teleport constantly. Plus he was always playing mind games on everyone. It was so fun twisted Plus, if it came down to a fight between the two, Sephie could just take over Kadaj's body (I know, he cheats XD).

Hm......Well, Sephiroth wasn't a great General for nothing, so between his experience and his skill, I'd have to say that Seph is the better fighter.

Kadaj, however, friggin' rocks. Souba would take a lot of practice to learn how to wield properly. I mean, so would Masamune, but that's only one blade, albeit one...very...long blade. And Kadaj's technique is much more pleasing to watch if you're just looking for something flashy. Granted, Sephiroth's battle is pretty dang hot, but he just can't beat Kadaj's lithe flippy-ness.

So, a summary: Sephiroth would win against Cloud if he actually tried, and Kadaj would be able to hold his own against Seph if he actually tried. Cloud could, and did, beat Kadaj, but I think in an extended fight, it would probably be a tie. Cloud just gets pwned too many times by Kadaj and Co.
