Nami Tsuki
In the anime it hints at it. Episode 11 - Mid-boss is extremely sad when a certain prinny has to leave... COULD IT BE!?

Mid-boss and Krichevskoy are all... girly-ish... so....

you decide...

(also share more proof!)

Spoiler

King Krichevskoy Set his own death up as a plan to teach Laharl about love, near the ending chapters of the game, the myserious person who is obviously, King Krichevskoy, speaks to Seraph Lamington, IN VOICE OVERS, and guess who's voice it is? Mid-Boss.

Friend who's beaten the game XD and the fact that its obvious throughout the game because the guy who talks to seraph says "If things get too hard or if things don't go as plan very well, I will step in" and if things get too hard for Laharl, Who steps in?

Its all kinda circumstantial and open ended. I think that Krichevskoy and his Queen really did die, but were reincarnated as Prinnies and then Krichevskoy became Mid-boss later. I mean, Laharl was asleep for quite a while...

ok, about the Mid-Boss being a baby thing...

If you take a human unit, you can transmigrate it to a prinny, you can then transmigrate it into a human. They are not infants, but fully grown teen-looking anime characters. *WARNING* DO NOT DO THIS!!!!! You lose not only the attacks of the human, but you lose the weapon experience. and you don't get to keep the prinny attacks T-T

and look at the color scheme of their outfits and hair color.

Dark blue hair, dark red and and dark purple shirt. skin tone's the same and body parts match up.

Honestly, does any one still argue against this?

Too add further evidence of Mid Boss being Laharl's father, I submit this.

The final page of the final chapter of the Disgaea manga by Brocolli, Mid-Boss says and I quote:

"He's a trouble maker, but he's still my son."

Considering this was offically licenced by the company, it should be considered fact. However I'll leave it to you people to decide.

My Theory:
The demons of Disgaea are the ranked souls of fallen humans/demons. You must KILL a person to have them remigrate.
SPOILER

Krichevskoy died, had enough mana and will, and remigrated himself as a high-ranked creature that not enough Laharl can create in the game. The queen, being human, could only accept her Prinny fate and watch as her son and husband faught endlessly, until she herself was taken away for the final time during the Red Moon Ceremony. The Seraph fell bad for her and delayed her passing until Krichevskoy could finally rest as well; That time being when Laharl was ready for the kingdom.

Besides, Mid-Boss claims to fight for 'Beauty and Love'; Where as Krichevskoy taught Laharl about 'Love and its Beauty'. This only leaves the question of how a DeomnLord was allowed into Celestria to speak with the Seraph. That is why my comment above was him being a high-ranked creature: He's a celestian after his remigration.

(The manga.....I haven't ready the manga. I own a Laharl plushie and I haven't read the manga. crying )
