YOU MUST READ THIS
gaara is the strongest because he can beat Deidara but he lost because he has to safe his village. but look if he don't have to safe the village he will win for sure.
and sasuke can beat naruto,so naruto is not the strongest
Then Deidara is as strong as Itachi Uchiha and sasuke can't beat Itachi Uchiha
and so gaara is stronger then sasuke.
ALSO look gaara figth Deidara without his demon and he will win if not because of the village.
AND GAARA IS THE KAZKAGE

Almost all of them are pretty strong
I admire rock-lee for becoming stong just though hard work...i mean come on...he almost beat gaara
But i think

Neji
Sasuke
are all strong...
