I think that people who like Cid and Vincent don't usually have anything against Yuffie and Vincent, seeing alot of the people who like it don't bash it at all. (Coming from experience)

Yuffie and Vincent are kinda balanced, and I think it's cute how Yuffie's the one with the short hair and Vincent's got the long bishie hair heart
but I must admit they would probably drive each other mental because they are the exact opposites of each other. well, opposites attract, right?
Vincent with Aeris...they're both mysterious and it would take Aeris' mind of Cloud...but..um..interesting...
But he should probably go with Lucrecia. I mean, he loved her, right? and I remember something weird happened between Vincent and her that made her choose Hojo instead of him but..was it really that bad?
Would you choose an ultra hot guy called Vincent Valentine or a freakish scientist, Hojo?
Honestly Lucrecia what were you thinking? or did I miss something?

Ewww Lucrecia that woman is such a b***h and she's obviously not the woman for him because she's trapped in a giant crystal (Ha ha good for her) As far as Yuffe is concerned I think she needs to grow up to at least 24 before her and Vincent would be a good couple. This is also possible because Vincent never grows old. Shelke would be perfect for Vincent too as far as maturity is concerned but she presents the same problem as Yuffe and not only that but she is stuck in that 15 year old body forever poor thing. Tifa also would have been a good candidate but she is obviously taken by Cloud. And last but not least Jessie. I still say that if she had lived she would have been perfect for him but unfortunately she didn't. So in conclusion Vincent just needs to find someone outside of the FF7 realm.
