Outside of Kaiori's house yesterday you exhibited animal like agression, and regeneration beyond even that of most vampires. I am heavily intrigued on how you got such powers?

Oh....You must be reffering to when I fought that lady...well...I told her she couldn't keep me as her pet and that the collar was too tight..but she refused to listen...I wanted her dead so badly....It kinda fed me y'know?well I fed it..it ate a bit of me...but I killed he..I killed her an ripped her to so many pieces I couldn't even recognize a claw mark...

There is a certain thing that happens to some vampires whom cannot take the curse so wholely. They are taken over by their powers, and they lose their higher functions becoming little more then animals. Now not all of them are like this at all times, this often manifests itself during combat. I think it is entirly possible that something similar is occuring with you. We call it regression. You will not remember what you do while in that form...

Well...sometimes when I don't eat enough...these things in me try to get out and eat for themselves...and sometimes when I'm fighting it's like theres another me telling me what to do...but I think that's only about the second or third time I haven't been able to remember anything...Usually it doesn't matter either...He refuses to die....often taking the toll out on me..

Maybe I mean to say is that you are not fully aware of your powers, and your sub-consious has taken it upon itself to manifest a second personality that has control over them when times get desperate. Maybe I can help you to better realize yourself KB...

Well..if we're to be allies..we should be somewhat honest with each other...I plan to take Kai for awhile. I want to learn some things,if all goes well I shouldn't have much trouble. Unless of course this upsets you..if so you have my word that she won't be harmed.

For now the choice is yours... The boy Thanatos I have some interest in. Do your best not to harm him. However Kaiori may prove more interesting under distress. So the choice is yours. I will be as honest as my own safety would allow. Not that I do not trust you, but their are those with the powers to read the otherwise unreadable about...

Alright...The boy I'll leave be. I have more interest in the loved Kai then the dark one...It seems as though you like her fiesty side better. I was listening in on Dark Kai and Xol...They want to split up the two Kai's. Perhaps if we let them do that,then take care of Xol and take our two different Kai's everything would work out?

However best fits your agenda, both options suit me perfectly, but why kill Xol? I have only a limited knowledge of him...

Well..he is powerful and continues to throw the Black Company off it's track. He wants the Dark Kai as his associate,although I'm sure he'd quickly try to make much more of it then just that. He to has an interest in the boy Than. He's done much harm to the good Kai as well...what we have is powerful competition..Death may not be wise,but we should at least be prepared to keep him off our backs if we want to steal his toys.

Well let me give you this first. This item will allow you passage into my keep at any time, as well as protect you from my creatures. However I would not try to enter my chambers without me there. Of course I agree with you, but I also think that Xol may be able to get information that we cannot. We must keep a fine balance with him.
