I don't own an Xbox either. Like Kami said, no good games. And noone really cares about Halo 2 right now because of the hype about Fable. But my friend beat Fable in like 12 hours. All I've heard who played it say its highly overrated, and they're prolly gonna trade it for Halo 2. PS2 has the best selection of games, and Gamecube has fun adventure and party titles. Xbox has Halo. thats it. Oh, and WWE RAW. I was so pissed that PS2 got crummy Smackdown. scream

My brother beat Fable in 9 hours...
PS2 has WWE Smackdown vs. Raw, I know that... Day of Reckoning is on GameCube... I think Wrestlemania was on XBox, gawd that game was buggy as hell... crashed every fifteen minutes. stressed

Face it.. XBox is good, but it's got crappy games. My brothers use theirs more to play DVDs than games.

*points to what everyone else said too* and I think they had Halo2 at E3 or something about it and really didn't look that great in my opinion, like a lot of their games ... they had one of the smallest area too [nintendo and sony shared one hall to themselves]

I know I'm probably going to get the DS *got to sample it* it looks really nice and the gameplay and functions are rather nifty. Don't have an opinion around the PSP, unfortunatly as I only got to look at it and such .. but I hear it should be a good system as well .... and can play DVDs and.... dood, cool stuff. I'll probably end up buying both, as I'm that much for a dork ^_^!

Are you serious? Hype about Fable? About the whole 49 Million people in the UK Couldn't give 2 hoots about fable and are anticipating the most anticipated game ever for any person who could ever call themselves a gamer...* Takes breath *... Halo 2.

Xbox can't fail, with all Microsoft's Funds it can't.
+ the Xbox does wipe the floor with Gamecube and Sony, the only thing being the lack of games (Sony did have a headstart but Xbox have nearly caught up)
Christ on paper even the Gamecube has better graphic capabilities than the Ps2!!!
Nintendo fail in their target audiences, they try to appeal to Specialist gamers more than the general gamer. sad
What sucks is when a new game comes out and it's released for all 3 consoles.
I own all 3 and first choice would be to get it for Xbox (Because of the graphics and multiplayer and online) then Gamecube (Because of graphics and multiplayer) then Ps2 because i have to!
I only bought a Ps2 for Dragonball Z, Final Fantasy, Gran Turismo and and the fact that most of my interests seem to come out on it.
If what i liked only came out for one console, it would be the Xbox. =D

I saw a thing on G4 about a new 4 player xmen action roleplaying game and it looks pretty sweet. it has alot of extras. and seems to be a breakthrough in the action RPG genre. any one else see it?

BTW the xbox is a beast. it is the best of the 3. like previsouly stated the only thing sony has going for them is the support of all the game developers. 3nodding

SONY is the best. Period. They do have all the game companies vieing for them. I don't see Nintendo or Microsoft trying to buy anything from them. I will give props where they are due, PS2 has killer loading times and break down the fastest, but they are overall the best system. Nintendo, as Wraith said, only appeals to specialty gamers. Xbox may be the best graphics and hardware wise, but they haven't done $#!t with what they have. The graphics for Xbox games SUCK! Xbox has Halo. Thats it. What else does it have? Oh, the heiroin addicts of Halo will get e new fix with 2 coming out. No offense, but I really don't see Halos appeal. I'm more of a RPG/Action gamer. Maybe thats why I don't like Xbox that much...So in short:

PS2 +s - Largest and best game library
-s - Break down fast, loading times suck

Xbox +s - Halo and Fable
-s - They haven't used it to its full potential

Gamecube +s - A few fun games...
-s - Everything else
