I've only ever bought 2 books that I'd already read before. I usually get most of my books from the library. I only buy them when the library doesn't have them or they are presents from other people. I just don't see the point in reading a book more than once...I don't enjoy it if I know what's going to happen...

YES!!! I read them again and again and again... Many of my books are falling apart because I have read them so much so now I have t buy them again

I normally buy a book before I read it. There are very few exceptions. The exceptions being if I read a mandatory book for school and liked it, or my friend wanting me to read a book she borrowed from the library and letting me borrow it from her. I normally end up buying it later. I never go to the library, just a book store.

I usually read the book before buying it. I borrow it from the library of a friend. If I really love it I get a copy so I can read it over and over again. There are times when a book looks really good and it is a one time deal that I might buy it without reading first.

I really like having my own copy of books, especially the ones I enjoyed. So, if I loved a book that I borrowed, I will go out and buy it.

I have definitely bought books that I already read. I'll check out a book that looks good in the library, love it to pieces, return it and then go buy it for myself. Often I do this to try out a new series before I want to own them. But lots of other times I wll just go ahead and buy a book, as I have loved all books that I have ever read.

I definately do buy books I have read before
and I continue to look for books i have read, like there is this one book
I read in grade 8, and I love it soo much, but I havn't found it in a book store recently, but I continue to look for it, hoping that some day I will come across it, and it will finally be a part of my semi large book collection of rereads!

Very much yes, often I read the first book in a series and end up buying the rest of the series including the one I already read (this happens alot) or I just happen to like the book so much that I want a copy around in tribute to that sweatdrop

I'm trying to save money (I read waaay too much), so I only buy new books that I know I'm going to want to keep. If I want to re-read something maybe one time I try to get it from the library.

I don't think so. I don't use libraries, anyway, so the only time I get new books are the times I buy them. But if you really like a book, buy it again! It helps the author.

If I reall enjoyed the book I would. I also like buying my favorite books because once I forget most of what happens, I find myself enjoying it all over again. That, and sometimes I can even recall something that happened to me during the time I was reading the book or specific chapter.

Yeah. Most of the time. You see, if I like a book, then I ALWAYS have to buy it. You see, once I like a book, I read it at least 10 times. Actually, all the books I own have been read at least 14 times. XDDD
