Zoutout I prefer it when they're slow. You can walk past them, push them over, etc, and yet, they can still kill many people and are nigh-on invincible. They were terrifying because despite having so many disadvantages they easily win. The fast zombies just seems less effective somehow... I dunno, the fast ones have all the nigh-invulnerability of the other ones, they're just hunter-killers as well. Like angry steroid-enhanced hunting wolves. Who withstand bullets.

I know they're scary, but they're obviously scary.
I mean, the other ones were scary despite their disadvantages, which is why they were so terrifying.
Anyway, why should animated corpses be faster than they were when alive?

I really don't think they are any faster, to be honest - I think they're just more feral, which makes them want food. Food makes predators chase it down, thus the LOOK of being faster than they were when they were alive.
They always had the speed potential, they just never used it before. 3nodding

Are you comparing living to dead or shuffle to running?

I admit I have a soft spot for lurching, slow zombies...but I like the predatory nature of newer ones more than the "takes forever to get there" oldschool ways, for the reasons I said.

Regardless of the speed of the zombies, I know where I'm going.
Behavioral Health in the hospital not too far from my house. All of the doors lock with electromagnets, and they are something short of impossible to open. As long as the power stays on, which it will since the hospital has generators... I'll be safe.
It would just involve going out on excursions to get food, and then returning to the sanctity of the locked ward.

Hmmm. I don't much like hospitals.
They serve their purpose, but you wouldn't want to live there (and I'd especailly hate living in the morgue, with the bodies groaning and thumping about during the night [note: This really happens])

I was a zombie, too. Whenever I tried to bite someone (no actual cursor visible, though) they either had been turned, or I was in a different room (from being shot?!)

So, who does everyone think will win? (note that I didn't say who do you want to win!)

I don't know, to be honest - the numbers are pretty even. But my sentiments to the whole thing are pretty much available in Eminem's song Mosh. xd
