Marc grinned. Leaning back and scooting over so that they were closer, he turned it on, and flipped through the channels. He knew it was on the high numbers, because upstairs they had most channels up to sixty. Ninety, hundred maybe?

The sound was normal, silenced by the fact that he didn't let the TV hesitate long enough for it to filter through. Until he found the channel he wanted, and then he hesitated, confirming.

And during that hesitation, a long muffled moan escaped the TV set.

And Marc relaxed, satisfied. "Hand me a beer, will you?" he asked innocently, turning his head to watch his lover's reaction.

The expression that crossed Hadrian's face was entertaining, to say the least.

Scandalized. It had taken a moment for him to realize what they were watching, and in that moment his face turned bright red.

"Marc!"

Incredulous tone, and he was now gaping at his lover. Well, he hadn't been expecting this, that was for sure. But the way he said the other man's name suggested that he wasn't too happy about their choice of movie.

And he wasn't giving Marc a beer until the channel changed.

Marc was laughing. At the expression, and the color, at the tone. He leaned forewords and tousled Hadrian's hair, tangling fingers into it as he grinned. "You know, it could be considered inspirational, like classical music?" his tone was light, teasing as he rubbed noses with the mage. "You can try to change the channel, if you want."

The channel above would be just as bad, and the channel below blank.

"Look." using the hair caught in his hands, he diverted the attention of the mage back to the screen. "We could do better."

He arched a brow.

Hey, home video productions!

Glancing back at the television as Marc directed, the color rose in his face again. And then he realized what his lover was implying, and there was a somewhat choked sound before he spoke again.

"We are not videotaping-"

Oh.

Oh my.

People could actually do that?

Realizing that he was staring at the tv and eactly what they were doing on it, he covered his face. Then he reached over and grabbed the remote, switching through channels - and...they were all like that.

If he had known any channels he would have put it on one of those - but he didn't. And it seemed he was in a section of channels that was all porn.

"Marc...why is every single channel - sex?"

Faintly spoken, and still bright red. Probably quite entertaining.

Marc nuzzled Hadrian's ear, getting really, really into the show. Who wouldn't? An embarresed mage, TV with all he right channels. "Of course there are other channels." he smirked. "But it's the way you think." Another tip of the neck. "It's influencing the way the TV is working."

It was a light hearted jest, of course. But his hands were busy too. Maybe it was some left over frustration from what had happened before, the thought of Thorn? Or maybe Marc was always like this.

...

It might be the second, realistically. No matter what Marc told himsef.

"We will." he said, purring the word. Reaching for the remote and turning it to another channel, one that was more... advanced in it's techniques, he used it as an excuse to trap one hand under his own, leaning forewords so that the poor mage was caught underneath him.

Poor, poor mage.

Gazing up at Marc, with the sound of the tv (and exactly what was happening in it) in the background, there was certainly no problem with Hadrian feeling - interested. Even as embaressed as he was.

Reaching up and nipping at his lover's lips, he was thinking that...well, embaressing as it was, maybe it wasn't that bad. But - wait a minute.

Murmuring softly to the man he was trapped beneath, as he had a feeling the pizza delivery person would not exactly appreciate coming across this scene, "...the pizza will be here soon..."

He had a feeling he was going to be blushing all night, especially with sounds like that coming from the television.

Promptly 20 minutes later after hands, mouth and tongue had been very very busy, the ring of the doorbell was enough to have Marc wonder why it was ringing. And why now, when Hadrian was...

Well.

"One of us is going to have to get the door." He'd done fast work with the clothes ((up to you to decide... er. XD how much Hadrian is wearing?)) and both of them looked rumpled and heady enough to state just what they had been busy at.

"I'm not getting up." he was too languid, too on edge to do anything as civilized as get money for the pizza boy, and besides. He wanted to see Hadrians' butt when he went for it.

"My money's on the counter." he was smirking.

Giving a sigh, Hadrian slid off the couch - hitting the mute button the tv as he went, and feeling grateful it faced away from the door (poor pizza man, if he had to see that...), he walked over to the counter.

He was wearing...his pants. He'd lost the shirt, somewhere - it was somewhere in the living room. Not entirely sure where, but he didn't have time to search for it. And he wanted to get back to what they'd been doing.

Then he opened the door. Shirtless, his monocol on the side table, and his hair in dissarray...normally, he'd have been horrified if someone saw him like that. But - well, his mind was on other things right now. Like getting back to what they'd been doing.

((*spazzes* Oh wow, I just had the perfect mental image. You said Thorn interrupting at random times, once...I could just picture Thorn being the one to show up at their door rather then the pizza man rofl ))

(( twisted ))

Thorn had been on his way to visit the enigmatic Ahneta. He wanted to talk to her about the project and frankly, out of three mages, he thought she would be the easiest to convince.

To convince that they needed him just as much as he wanted them.

So when he had seen the pizza head towards Marc's building, it had taken very little thought (It was natural for the man to want to interrupt, now) for him to intercept, and ask where they were going.

Because Thorn knew the address.

Which explained why he was standing there, pizza box open and a slice in his hand, licking the string of cheese off his lips as he walked straight in.

"Lovely." he purred.

Marc?

Well.

Marc was dying.
PostPosted: Thu Jul 20, 2006 12:22 am

While Marc was dieing, Hadrian had suddenly begun making a strangled noise, his expression - well, it could be termed as horrified. He only gaped at Thorn for a moment, before realizing that - first of all - he was shirtless. And secondly...there was porn on tv.

It was an instant later that he had dashed to the couch and snatched the remote, turning it off. And - not spying his shirt - he grabbed the blanket and wrapped it around himself, face bright red.

"What, exactly, are you doing here?"

Frustration. He'd been having a good night with Marc, and then - it figured. If nothing made his lover paranoid, this would.

Then something occurred to him.

"Wait a minute, how did you even know where this is?" Thorn had never been to his apartment before.

Thorn arched a brow at the noise coming from the TV. Marc refused to look up and he was sprawled on the couch, head down and burying his vision as if, if he didn't see it, it would disappear by itself.

"Interesting." he stepped in, placed the box on the counter and looked around. "Lovely decorating job. Marc's designer?" he queried with a slight rise in his tone as he leaned against the counter.

"I know where Marc lives, Hadrian. I was here looking for him. But this is a pleasant, pleasant surprise." he stared at the blanket wrapped around the man, and chuckled. "There is no need, you know. It's not like I haven't seen it."

And he snapped. 'Marc, do get up and stop acting so childish."

Marc shook his head, burying his face further into the pillow.

Since the tv was now off, at least there was one embaressment gone. But still...Thorn had just effectively ruined the evening. Even if the man left now, the mood had been soured.

He didn't blame Marc for hiding. There's nothing like enjoying yourself with your lover, some illicit material playing on television, when your boss walks in. Your boss who happens to have 'interest' in your lover.

Hadrian wished he could hide too, but it was a bit late for that...why hadn't he checked to see who it was first? He could have just not answered then.

While at first he was mainly embaressed, now he was beginning to get a bit angry. For once, he and Marc had been having a good evening, with no arguments - and then it was interrupted.

So, stiffly, he spoke to Thorn. "We're busy. If you needed to talk to Marc about something, do it and leave."

No, Hadrian was not happy.

Thorn arched a brow. "Marc."

The man let out a grunt from the bed.

"The Russian delegate was very very pleased with your performance last night. The deal has gone through smoothly, and he believes it is because of you. He'd like to invite you over for drinks tomorrow night, if it's possible. I certainly suggest you go, especially considering your past history."

Marc waved a hand, and Thorn, taking another bite through the rest of the pizza slice in the trash. Licking his lips and his fingers as he looked at Hadrian, he arched a brow. He had seen, licked, rubbed every bit of that body.

And he wasn't going to let him forget it.

"That is it, then. Have a... pleasant night."

He was laughing as he left the apartment.
PostPosted: Thu Jul 20, 2006 12:44 am

Thorn was doing a good job.

Of keeping Hadrian from forgetting, that is; everything the man did seemed suggestive, and when he looked at him like that...well, it was obvious where his mind was.

So when the man left, he sank down onto the couch with a sigh.

"...well."

Talk about killing the mood. He didn't even really want to eat that pizza now, after seeing Thorn eat a slice - though that was a bit childish, truly. Did Thorn really need to tell Marc that bit of news tonight?

Wait a minute.

...performance?

Hadrian really didn't want to know.

Marc rolled over, pulling Hadrian towards him with strength and a ferocity of a grip that would have the mage toppled over onto his form. The couch was wide enough for him to do this without the both of them rolling off, and Marc, quiet, silent with no words leaving his mouth pulled him forewords.

Until thigh touched thigh, chest touched chest. He wiggled, until they were meeting at every chakra point except for the head.

And then, Marc stared into those eyes.

It was a silent, look. Not angry or guilty, just simply... here. As if he needed to reassure himself, to see for his own eyes. And so he stared, face still, no amusement or anger marring the brows or the nose.

Because this? This was easier.
