q3 Vash from Trigun
I've never gotten very far at all in Trigun, but it's the only one I can think of with a kill-y church man (well, that isn't actually the main villain and, incidentally, all that is evil).

What's evil now? The church man is all that is evil, duh... Also, the fact that it was only worth one point kind of pointed to something as stupidly popular as Trigun...

s1= Gackt's Tsuki no Uta. (such a creepy video...)
