99: I just did a report on The Gunslinger and got *dramatic music* a 99%.
19: Looking through my dad's literature book (why he needs to know literature to be a nurse is beyond me) I saw the poem "The Waste Land" by T.S. Elliot. (See DT III: The Waste Lands) And it was on *more dramatic music* page 1981.

Hooray for Blue Car Syndrome!

Madelia
hey! y'all are off topic!
I'm not! *shoves speaker back onto the topic* There we go!

Oh: creepy-ness... On the way home, Sai Apple (the guy who gave me a ride home) saw a lost-pet poster. It was for a cat. My first thought was Low men... Wonder who they're looking for this time?

That, my friends, is the sign of a truly dedicated reader. Or someone who has lost it. (I vote for the second one.. heh heh heh...)

Today in Social Studies, we picked numbers from a hat to do an activity thing (we got candy and got to barter with other people to illustrate supply and demand) and I got number 19. Still not far enough in the series to know what it means, but it reminded me of you guys who talk about it ^^ *random*

Okay, been grounded for a week, but I'm back... Anyway:
I saw my friend Melissa wearing a Dixie Pig shirt. Of course, she didn't get it, but I was creeped out.

Also: I'm currently reading Dreamcatcer. Probably the strangest King book I've read. Well, in one part of it, Henry starts singing the Rolling Stones song "Sympathy for the Devil." At the time I was reading that, Cowboy Bebop was on the TV, and the name of the episode was, you guessed it: Sympathy for the Devil.

It's nineteen o'clock and all the birds are singing.

he he he... funny story. On the way to school (bus) I was looking out the window and I saw this GORGEOUS restaurant/lounge. I was trying to figure out what it said for the name of the place and I'd just finished reading Song of Susannah so I should have known, but it was called 1919... not QUITE 1999 but still pretty freaky. Anyone here from Canada? I'm feeling the urge to go for coffee there...

They just opened a restaraunt down the street from my apartment called, yes you guessed it, The Dixie Pig. It has a big picture of a pig in a chef's hat on it that is supposed to be cute, but that place is always going to creep me out.

(Welcome back Crimson!)

This is a little creepy, I was watching seinfeld yesterday, and they were in a hospital. Kramer went into the wrong room and found an alleged half-pig half man. Now for the creepy part, the room number was 1937, 37 is my number that I picked out of thin air, and of course 19... and so I got to think about long pork... ok, so it's not all that creepy, but you know, sorta...
