There bloomed to life a roaring, raging inferno of fire as the wall combusted. Obscuring anything from Hohoemi's sight to what was going on in that most violent fire. Within that explosion Iucunditas was silent, ignoring the pain that tried to eat away at him as flames licked at his armour.

But it would all be too late, blacken with ash and cracked from the searing heat the tentacles sprung from the wall that she had created before her. They swept around her head, coiling about her thin neck. Not enough pressure to crack her armour, much less snap her neck.

But from there she would see something which had been hiddened, at the base of where the tentacles protruded was a beak and and clacked in anticipation for what was to come.

That was not the end of the display for striding from the flames was Iucunditas, lifting her body into the air she would feel the ground beneath her sink away as the bodies fell back to the warp.

Wreathed in flames there was the cackle of lightning as the rozarius' electical field ionized the air and had protected the monster from the brunt of the explosion.

Rumbling with laughter Iucunditas eyes swivvled unto her face as his tongue fell from his mouth and lapped up a portion of blood that seeped from an open soar.

"What a child."

And so it was that Iucunditas held her pose above a portal to the warp, a tear in the fabric of the universe. The warp energies had boiled up and fueled his body and he had surged with strength and stamina unknown to all save his brethren.

"Would you rather crack your skull or fall?"

Even as the words began to spill from his tongue Iucunditas realed the tentacles in. Firmly trapped in his grip the beak which could punch through the hardest of metals like they were tin foil opened upon Hohoemi's hands and in a swift action quicker then an eye blink they closed. Severing the hands from their wrists.

It is a shame, truly it is. Iucunditas arm was outstretched when it had grasped about her wrists. It was even sader that though the tentacles had pulled her close to the beak that was housed where his forearm should have been she still dangled over the chasm.

Infact the chasm was growing larger, spreading out to a point where Iucunditas stood alone on a pensula of land over a seething mass of energies that ebbed and flowed like a river. That portal into a dimention of dreams were anything was possible.

Released from the grip by the explosion Hohoemi would fall, fall forever into the abyss.

As she did this Iucundatis stepped backwards four mammoth steps. This was not to be thought a sign of cowardice; but more so a setting of the stage. As he did so the land about them sunk away tell the only thing about the two opponents was a thin island of fleshy mass no more then a meter wide with all other land masses greater distance then what even the genetically and daemonically enhanced monster could perform.

The end would come upon that narrow strip, appromixatelly one metter side and six meters long.

As she blinked though something was happening. The ground she had stood upon seemed to have gotten tired of whispering in deaf ears to the pleasure that Slaanesh promised and wanted to bodily drag her down into the mess of the warp and bind her soul in eternal euphoria. Acting as a conduit for this passion of emotion Iucundatis charged foward, closing the gap rapidly he brought up a right armoured foot to crash across her left flank.

((Rescinded, but it was intended as a holding spell. You know how druids in D&D can cast something like tangle foot and vines sprout up to try and trip people. Yeah, that's what I was doing.))

((Regular ground, no. Ground that has been tainted by the warp yes.

The warp is the crucial aspect that allows Iucundatis to do anything supernatural. If the arena was actually in the eye of terror, a location where the warp which is a different dimension crosses over with our own, then creatures like my own here could potentially play pool with planets. That is only facilitated by how tainted with the warp the material verse is.

Thus Iucundatis ability to manipulate something is directly proportional to how tainted it is. And the longer he goes the stronger it becomes and the more there is the more that grows. It's pretty much a snow ball effect.

The taint though comes about by him just being there, he is a creature of pure chaos and his naturally being in the area is the starting of that snow balling of taint.))
