*Once inside, Shalen looked around for the man she had seen from a distance. Thankfully she could see someone up ahead, it appeared to be a man, so she called at to him and juogged to try and catch up to him.*
"SIR!!!...Please wait up! Please!" She said as she jogged, the snow pulling at her ankles.

Gray halted at the sound of a young woman's voice, surprised not only that someone else had followed him here, but also at the apparent age of the voice. He turned around to see the girl rnning to catch up.
"I was unaware that anyone other than myself and the gentleman outside was around." He then waited until she caught up to him, "My name is Gray Jutson."

*Shalen stopped before the man. She bent over, her hands on her knees trying to catch her breathe.*
"Nice *huff* ro *huff* Meet you *huff* Names *huff* Shalen *huff* Nice tah *huff* meet You *more huffing*"
*When she finally gained her breathe she stood up straight, her face red and she bowed to him.
"My full name is Shalen Aratok, nice to meet you Gray Jutson. You can call me Shalen." She said offering him a small somewhat embarrassed smile and a hand to shake.

Due to growing up on the move, Gray always met new people and since making a good impression was his basic job, he developed a very polite attitude towards meeting people. So he took her hand in his and gentlemenly kissed her knuckle. "Tis very nice to meet you. I trust you are headed to the land of Tunk as well?"

*Shalen's eyes went big and wanted ot pull her hand away embarrased. She tried to cover up her embarrasement, but it was clear on her face. She couldn't find the words for several seconds, so she merely nodded her head like a child.*
Stupid! He is only being nice and trying to be a gentlemen, don't act like a baby. She yelled to herself in her mind. It was merely that she wasn't used to being around men, more often than not it was always the nuns from the convent and maybe the priests and monks that would happen by on their journeys.

Gray waited for a moment, and he figured from the look on her now-beat-red face and her silence that she was a little shy, which was perfectly understandable for a girl her age. "So, shall we go then?"

*Shalen still couldn't find her words so she nodded and made a 'u huh' sound and started to walk.*
*It wasn't for a few more minutes till Shalen finally found her voice and decided to talk more with Gray.*
"I-I'm from the town that is north from the wall...at-at least I think it is north from the wall. Well at least that is where my mother if from and my father, but I grew up the convent that is just down the road from the city. Did you go to the city?" She asked, still not able to keep her embarrassment from her face.

Gray thought for a moment, "I've probably been there before. I've been to a lot of places. I'm from a group of traveling musicians. We went all over the country, playing for various people, usually of higher-class. We actually became a little popular..."
He trailed off a bit, realising what he was saying. One of the reasons he'd left was to escape the fame and danger it brought.
"Anyway, I believe I see a ladder up ahead. I hope it takes us close to the city."

*Shalen turned to look and sure enough she could see a ladder. She turned back to Gray, hoping to talk more with him.*
"So what is your reason for leaving the life of a muscian and want to go to Tunk?" She asked, hoping she didin't seem rude.

Gray thought a little with a small sigh, "I just needed to escape it all..." he thought some more "There were other reasons, but what is done is done." he then looked to her as they neared the end of the cave. "So what brings you here? It seems like a mighty dangerous place."

*Shalen was about to answer but she heard a voice from the top of the ladder.*
"Y-yes! There are! We have come in search of Tunk. Can yo uhelp us?" She yelled back, hoping the voice was still there.

Gray gestured for Shalen to go first as he shifted his belongings so that he woudln't be too hindered to climb.
