Lasreaine reverently appraoches the head of the building, kneeling down to pray silently, her hands clasped before her. The purple-haired girl was not often in a holy place, and was more than a bit uncomfortable. However, she felt the need to express her undying gratitude and was drawn into the great church.
Oh great MOD's, I thank you. These past two days have been the luckiest in all my time on Gaia, and it has been wonderful! I wanted to thank you also, for doing all the work that you do. It is apperciated by many if not all, your work is never in vain. heart
Continuing to kneel Lasreaine let out a soft sigh and pulled out a large pepperoni pizza from one of her pants pockets. How she fit such a large thing inside her pocket was a mystery to those who had not asked, for she had invested a long time ago in, you guessed it, pockets of holding. It made travel light, and gave her the ability to deliver pizzas hot and fresh.

The catgirl appeares in the rafter with a bright flash of light around her.
"Can you hear the rumble of the beta newly on the horizon?" She whispers, half delighted herself, though she will have to help pick up the pieces when things go wrong...not that she minds!
She sits down and listens to the murmurs below.
"Lanzer did a great kindness to the new forum users - and a great disservice to some of the older ones - it seemed at first, but soon he revealed that 'topics that are not unique and that the author abandons will be snipped'. With that in mind you see a lot of Inuyasha threads, but at the very least they're being used. And if not they go away."
She smiles, "Trust me - talking in a room that is silent can be deafening. You are not a spammer when you remain ontopic and there is no rule against bumping - while some places dislike if you double post, most certainly if you are alone, there is no harm in it - thus saith the mod SilverLynx."

Not given to loud exclamations of praise, Mory kneels down and timidly addresses the divine (and strangely -feline-) presence.
"Thank you for finding time in your holy duties to answer the prayers of one small believer and--- eek HOLY THREADMOVING!"
The significance of the Mod's entering line has sunk in, causing the NON-glowing lilac-haired girl to abandon her composure and panic.
"A-August is almost over! gonk And th-that means that September is coming! And...and...September is when...AAA~! I have to get ready! I have to spread the word! Nnn, so many will be left behind when the Beta comes, we have to save as many souls as possible so we can all get wingies and play in the casino with the Mods, and, and...to the mission! heart " she says as she dashes out the door. The check for the pizza guy who will be here in 30 minutes (or it's free!) flutters out of her pocket behind her.

Somebody showes me a link to another site that had a lot of info on the *beta*. It all looked really cool, I'm hoping that the site was accurate.
It said we could buy weapons, and build houses.....
It said we could start our own live journals......
It said that we could get random events that could possibly get us any item ever made on Gaia.........
It said we could someday have pets.....
It said we could play games or gamble in the Casino......
It said many wonderful things......
It was beautiful.
Tell me, was it accurate?

Mory nearly drops the veggie pizza she made (with tomatoes out of her own garden!) when she walks back into the church. It's not the murderous gleam in Ruby's eye that bothers her so much as the unnerving grin on the face of the most holy Mod. "Wh...what's going on here? gonk " She is seriously considering keeping the pizza and bolting.

"KILL?! But -why-? Gaia's always been a place of peace! I don't know of a single killing that's happened since I came here!" Her tone takes a sudden shift from confused to offended. "And why are you so HAPPY about it? We should be focusing on teaching others in the way of the Mods, not becoming serial killers..."

But I'm just that kind of mod - there are others who do not wish the war to come to pass - do not know if the weapons be proper for user useage - for they may all destroy each other and never reach the blassing of the admin...those who abor violence."
