I would say damion bacause I'm pretty sure he's the cloaked guy and as astomos said (ignoring the fact that he is a wimp) he is the most powerfull person in the universe.

Well, the main thing is that we don't know the extent of both characters powers. Sure the throw a bit of it here and there, but still who knows (Well DB does, more then likely) there full true power that they hold with in them.

That is a tough one. We know some of the ancient Vamps abilities. We also only know some of the Tuma'el's ability. However I don't think we've seen anything yet to really be able to tell.
I think it'll either end a draw, or it gets put on hold for some reason or another (like fangirls attacking Damion, the vamp gets his frustration out on them and has no more reason to fight because he's in a better mood. Tuma'el gets distracted with either girlfriend, daughter or something shiney, and forgetting about the fight as well. *shrugs* Or like Dracaris_116, which would be amusing XD).

Tuma'el of course! A guy like that who likes to have fun with his enemies while still be quick a**. You never know what trick that guy might do! (Take that cat thing he did a while back.)

As much as I hate to say it Tum'el would win, Damian would try to throw something or just stab him throughly but Tum'el would run out the way. After a while Damian would bet pissed & make Tum'el stay still, but eventually due to Tum'el short attention spam he would force Damian to let go because he can't concentrate anymore on it. after that Tum'el would probably do that big energy thing he did to the ice demons & of course Damian would have those big anime eyes & say something along the lines of "Oh shi-" "Mother Fuc-" or "God damn it to-"

I don’t know anymore, I chose Damian the first time mainly because...yeah he's hot and a vampire. but its true, no one knows either characters full potential so it could be a equal fight or one could completely outmatch the other. the only way we'll find out it wait and see.

Prediction:
Tum'ael shoots thunder at Damion.
Damion evades by turning into a bat.
Tum'ael appears in mid-air behind bat-Damion.
Damion stops Tum'ael with odd psychic powers.
Tum'ael kills Damion with huge thunder blast.
Tum'ael wins...?
