 I watched it for the first time when I came home from a party. I was drunken and everything was funny. I nearly fell over by laughing.
Of course I watched it again when I was "normal" and laughed even harder.
I really like the elk mouth and the small cute things Tsukasas flower instead of wand and so on. And of course Helba xDD
Subaru kicks a**!

It was alright -- not exactly laugh out loud funny for me, but amusing regardless. 3nodding
The explicit nude scene in the credits nearly made me fall out of my chair though! That was the last thing I had ever expected to see in a .hack anime. Now if only they had showed a scene with the male characters bathing... wink
