Sasuke - SEME and Naruto - UKE!!! (Sasuke just seems like a seme kind of guy)
Kakashi -SEME and Iruka -UKE!!!!!!! (do I even need an explanation?)
Gaara -er, can he be both?? Lee -whatever Gaara isn't (Gaara does seem more aggressive, but he's never experienced love!!!)
Kiba -SEME and Shino -UKE!!!!! (seriously, it just wouldn't be 'Doggy-Style' if Kiba wasn't seme! Yes, I think they should be doing it doggy style!!!! ^^)
