Yes. It's similar how you have to download AIM to connect to the AIM network and how you have to download YIM to connect to the YIM network.

I'm supposed to ask before I download things and they'll want to know what it's for. I doubt they'll be as fond of the idea of me chatting with some idiots ( heart ) I don't even know. I think it's a terrific idea, but they're just worried about me.

My dad and my stepdad are computer geeks... they'd be able to get past anything my pathetic self could think of. Sometimes my dad threatens to block Gaia 'cause I spend all day on it. crying
