Komm had sat back this whole time, watching the fight to ascertain that the lower-ranked nins weren't getting in over their heads.

As it is, his shadow control techniques could not be traced, it took but one small ignition of chakra to re-establish the bind of damnation between the sennin and the shadows from whence he came. The hand seals were indeed noticed by Komm, such a thing doesn't escape the senses of his shadow control passive jutsu, nor did he care to halt the nin from his pathetic attempt at reinforcements. If the two nin couldn't handle these newcomers, he surely would.

The mask's brow lifted as Tentu had apparently given him an order. As caring as he might be, he didn't like being told what to do. Still, the request was pertinent. "Very well, Stone-nin. Try please, next time, though." He made a small motion with his left hand, contacting the shadows generated by the escaping invader. Shadows in the folds of cloth, of hair, upon the floor and walls... all suddenly solidified, piercing straight to the Chakra coils to prevent the brand of teleportation they seemed to employ. With all motion brought to a shuddering halt, he reeled the ANBU in with a soft mental command.

A snort could be heard from behind the mask, and a soft sigh. "They always try to run... they never learn." The nin, paralyzed through and through, was brought to a suspended standing position before the shifting darkness. "Now, talk. This is the one chance I will allow you to speak, bungle it and I will simply kill you and absorb your chakra wherein all your secrets lie. So, the easy way, or the hard way?" The somewhat quiet voice purred to the captive, a slight flash behind the eyepieces of the mask adding a certain imperative need for truth and haste to the ANBU's mind, foregoing his conditioning.

**The nin began to chuckle slowly.**

"Kill me? Ha... good luck. You might first want to make sure previous deeds are complete."

**The nin pointed at the hole. Komm imediatly sensed three kunai flying his direction. The kunai were easily deflected, and the second nin popped back out of the hole, with the rock golem's head. With his mask off, a purple mist poured from within. Komm could easily make out a skull where the face should be.**

**Tentu turned to face the nin, and gritted his teeth.**

"These are puppet golems. Somewhere there are two people laying unconcious. They are controling the golems with a jitsu. They can literally piece themselves back together. The only way to stop them is to wake up the conciousness, however, they have a limited chakura."

**What happened next occured so quickly. The nin put his face mask back on, and instanly disapeared. Before Komm could react, a blinding light exploded by the nin strung up. With one quick movement, the nin created a blade of light and easily cut through the shadow like butter, freeing his partner. Once out, they both vanished again. Tentu narrowly dodged a hail of kunai. One nin picks up Hinata's unconcious body and teleports, while the other draws two sais and lunges at Tentu. Tentu pulled out two of his oddly shaped kunai and blocks the attack. As this happens, Komm detects three more bodies, preforming a jitsu around him. Before he can react, a blinding white light wraps completely around him. in the time it takes someone to blink, Komm is teleported outside the tower.**


MEANWHILE:
**Hinata is laid at the feet of a high ranking nin. Another nin approached and bowed slightly. The high ranking nin spoke first.**

"So, the shadow nin 'Komm' was aiding her as well? We have to set up our defences for him."

"Sir, we also found the one with the Tattoo of the Black cat on his back."

"Excelent. It's all going according to his plan. The 'hokage' will be thrilled to know we've almost completed setting up. As for the girl, she can use the byakugan . Place her in the 'special' room. I shall see if the hokage needs anything."

((OOC: Hinata will wake anytime in this small room. Barely able to move. she Cannot use her byakugan without causing pain in her head. They've set up a defence against Komm's abilities, so Komm should only get to see small portions of the tower. Tentu is no where to be found.))

Komm scratched up at his mask, then sighed. "I hate that old light trick..." Indeed, he thought too much like his old self, when he was but one single bumbling ninja and still alive, all those centuries ago. "If you can't beat them with shadow..." A faint, pulsing radiance flashed around the edges of his mask, a small light forming within the supposed chest of the Sage. "There are always two other Villages' worth of souls and unique abilities with which to dispatch my enemies. Now, let's see..." The Sage reached up, removing his mask for a moment.

Silvery skin, as though emanating moonlight in wispy vapors, became visible to the air. The face within seemed tired, stretched, yet resolute. The aggregate will of the collection of souls, minds, and Chakra of three of the four Fallen Villages of the ancient past. Shadow, Light, and Life, Death having escaped the merciless slaughter their leader's war upon their brethren ninja. Most noticeable, however, were the eyes set within that pale face, frosted silver lips turned upwards at the corners. (Bloodline Limit: Kuraigan doujutsu) The walls seemed as but ice to those eyes, incapable of normal sight when powered with the flow of chakra. Lines began to take shape, as though being drawn in white pulsing colors upon a black canvas of chaotic and swirling shapes. "Now for a quick scan..."

His eyes began to rove the Tower, and already the strain was telling upon the budget of chakra he allowed himself for the one technique he carried with him into death and and revival. Chakra coils, areas of shadow, movement, emplaced chakra, chakra trails, and said usage of Chakra were all made known to him. With a sucking sound, the mask was replaced, and the Sage dropped to one knee, shadows limp and quiet beside the now more easily visible man. The clothes were simple and black, Sune-ate and hakama readily standing out with their silver trim. If anything, he seemed to be panting at the moment, the taxation of the eye technique something he'd not willingly undergone since the time in Cloud when he had met up with the Village's Kage. "Not as frisky as I used to be, I suppose. I need more souls..." The shadows suddenly leapt forth, attaching to every possible surface of the figure, and he stood as through renewed. The budget was released as the technique was ended. "And I know just where to get them."

The previous clones returned, now, each carrying with it a small orb that periodically emitted a soft, almost inaudible piercing scream of agony. Inaudible is something rather incredible, as the sage could hear more than perfectly for up to a range of nearly fifty meters. "I mustn't slip again. Something's up. I've defeated too many powerful forces to allow myself to start slacking now, in my middle years." He spoke, seemingly to the small collection of clones behind him. "Infuse, already, I haven't got all day. Then return to your tasks, you know what they are." He spoke quietly, the vast and yet small double-echo of the dark voice receding into the normal [if not high-pitched] tones of a young male, or sometimes those of a female. At points, it shifted from young, to old, genders, accents, all flowing.

The clones moved forward, pressing the spheres into the back of the standing sage, who extended his expansive neural net along the ley lines of his shadow control passive ability to give him fair warning that any mischief was up. The infusion of new souls and Chakra was a bit disorienting at first, but the hostility of these enemies was nearly instantly quelled by the massive, innumerable souls who'd come before. With a snap of gloved fingers, two shadows appeared, red eyes dimming to glow with bridled rage. "KageANBU, guardians of my father's Village. Manifest of both stealth and power... walk with me, and be my guardians... the son of The Kage requests it to be so." No reply was necessary, or possible. These guardian wards were incapable of speech, and wouldn't be predisposed to conversation even if granted such possibilities.

Forming a concentrated burst of blindingly white, yet non-luminscient Chakra in his blackened glove, an exceptionally long kusari-gama took shape, his weapon of choice, obviously. This was hung at his belt as katars molded their shape from the shadows, retracting the moment they had completed form. "Come, allies, we will not allow this day to go without victory." He murmured to the air, complex motions of the gloved fingers taking place at twelve points before him in the ether. At each point, a growing blot of light began to sear the air. "Now..." =Inu, Tora, Yume, Kage, Torii, Ookami, Uma, Usagi, Ryu, Tora, Hebi= Each Kuji-In was performed between each adjoining blot, forming a complete circle of nearly runic figures. He closed his eyes and removed his mask, placing it in the exact center of this new figure. "Defense Seal Technique!" The multitude of voices cried quietly, echoes of an age long forgotten, and all shades of what was to come. The lights converged, shining through the eyepieces of the mask that was suddenly once again upon the Sage's face. A pulse shook the form, seemingly emanated from the mask itself...

Then slowly, a shape marred the pure white pearl of the mask. It was black at first, then a blood red depending on the light that shone upon it. A long, thin streak made its focused path down the almost non-existant bridge of the nose, then branched. At the end of each branch was a definetely bloody guillotine-esque figure slightly arranged each in the same general direction. The shadow nin, the Kuraisennin, the forbidden ANBU, the child of darkness, the world-traveler. If there was anything to these nicknames that made reference to his long-sustained afterlife, it was lost upon him. He is Komm, and he will not stand for being bested when his interests are on the line. "Let's go..." Before the final echo began to ring, all traces that there was ever a small army present were long gone.

Cracking his neck slightly, the ancient sage performed exceedingly fast Kuji-In, using his right hand. =Dark Path Technique= His form melded into the shadows as the chakra around his body nearly solidified, facilitating this process. Then, but a moment later, he exited from Tentu's shadow, neural net still quite active and alert.


+Elsewhere+

The darkness recedes... rather than the darkness of will, this was the darkness of unconscious rest. A yawn, then a stretch of sore muscles and dislodged insects that scurried along bones to get back to their positions. "Hm..." Came the cracked sound, a bandaged hand reaching up to brush away the sandy locks. Aburame Kotai was once again awakened.

**Tentu looked at the bandaged.**

"T-Thank you... that feels better."

**Tentu looked at the bandages, then at Komm, who had been standing there for a few seconds.**

"I think I know where the Hokage is. Down the hall, the guards begin to get a little more dense (not as in stupid). Now Komm seems to have a sages abilities, so I think he'll be able to get past teh guards easily. From what I could tell there was about 3 closer up and about 7 farther back, so they're obviously protecting something or someone."

**Tentu looked at the bandages, knowing that they may hurt now, but they'd been quite well taken care of.**

"T-Thank you."

**Tentu then turned to Komm, who'd obviously been standing there a few seconds now.**

"Komm, I did some scouting. I think the hokage is down the hall. The guards get a little thicker the farther you go. Obviously you have a sage's abilities, so you could easily take these guys out."

**Tentu began to think, but mere seconds afterward, he heard footsteps. walking their direction. Tentu flattened himself against the door and peered around the corner slightly. He could barely see the nin approaching, but knew he was one of the evil assasins or whomever they were. However, this one was human and wore no mask, but something was bothering Tentu until the nin stepped into the light. The nin was using the byakugan! Knowing this strange nin posessed the same ability as Hinata, the family locked secret technique (although it's not quite a secret)THE byakugan. Knowing he had been seen even before the nin's footsteps were heard, Tentu burst out the door, drawing two small, strange blades from his pouch and launched them. The nin quickly and easily deflected them. The nin flicked his wrist and sent three kunai into Tentu shoulder. Tentu continued to move with alarming speed, reaching into his pouch. He pulled a small plastic bag and whipped it with all his strength. The nin swiped at it, attempting to deflect it, but the bag ripped open, spilling a white sugar-like powder into his face. Tentu had scrapped some of the powder from the previous fight up and stored it, but in this powder, he added a special ingredient.**

**The nin spun around, releasing chakura in an attempt to spin the powder off, but when the chakura hit the powder... BOOOM!! It ignited and sent the nin into a wall, putting a huge hole into it.As the dust settled, The nin shout out with the last of his strength.**

"THEY'RE HERE!! THREE OF THEM!! SEND ALL TH-"

**The nin fell unconcious as Tentu's fist hit him hard in the temple. Tentu looked back at Hinata.**

"He-He's not one of your family. Somehow, he was able to use the byakugan..."

**Tentu stopped for a second and cursed.**

"This has to be the doing of the Fake Hokage. We have to find him and stop him!"
