OoChIcKeNoO im candy hey hey ppl! im..candy...its my internet name...so plz call me that..my real name is Sneha(it means friendship)... anyway im indian...but i live in california...i someday wish to go back to my home country and live there forever(i visit indian every other year biggrin ) im from south india and i speak telegue(sp? lol) and i luv garba! biggrin i watch some bollywood movies, but mostly tollywood(south inidan) btw, does anyone else speak telegue(sp?)? just garba? cant forget the raas.... raas is soo much fun 4laugh lol i barely know any garba at all...i do garba at the temple where i live... i barely know hindi stuff... im sooo south inidan...i used to do Bharata Natyam...but then i stopped and i forgot it all sweatdrop btw, i can speak a little french

fun-n-fiery Rallieh I'm Sadaf. Both my parents were born in Pakistan, but I was born and raised around Cleveland, Ohio. I only started watching bollywood a couple of years ago, but I love it. Btw, does anyone around here understand Punjabi? *raises her hand and jumps* I DO I DO!!! me ta punjabi mitti di ayee hun...punjab to...te tusi? i speak punjabi, my mom is from lexia, and my dad is from ludaniyuah (northern indai)

My dad grew up here (US) and my Mum in the UK.
Both tho from India (chennai).
Does anyone else speak Tamil?

Hey!
My name's Christina, I'm 17, and I live in Illinois in the United States. I've been into Bollywood films for almost a year now. I'm caucasion, but that doesn't stop me from renting any Bollywood films. (I usually get weird looks when I go to my local rental place, but it's died down a lot.) My favorite actors would have to be Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan, and my actresses would have to be Preity Zinta and Amrita Rao. My favorite films are Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.
Non-Bollywood interests would include reading, listening to music (although it's mostly just Bollywood music!), and watching television. smile

Well, I was born in Oklahoma. My dads side is mostly all German and Irish and English and French and all that. xD
My mums side is half Irish, German, and Native American. xD So I don't actually have any asian ancestry that I know of. D: But ever since I was little I've been very interested in Asia, the Hindu faith, and basically everything to do with desi culture.
Plus I'm about to be the bride in a traditional Hindu marriage! heart heart heart whee

Hi! biggrin I'm Liz and I'm 17. My sister, Christina (Operation Alchemy) first got me into Bollywood films. I haven't seen that many films yet, but I know a lot of movies and actors/actresses from how Christina talks about it. biggrin
And seeing how Christina's my blood relative, I'm also caucasian.
I enjoy baking, cooking, reading, music and sleep.

haylo!my name is...i dont i should tell but u can just call me shef.i luv to dance to bollywood songs and i love to read books.i also like to watch hindi movies.the latest one i saw was salaam-e-ishq.it was a good but confusing movie!

I'm Chelsaur (think girl + dinosaur) which is my nickname in real life.
My dad is Filipino/Spanish/Chinese and my mom is Irish/American.
I got into Bollywood sometime last year before summer.
My first movie was Mera Saaya (1966), it came on TV and I had caught a few minutes here and there and became confused with the story, so I decided to catch the replay. A while after that I saw some more movies and then slowly became obsessed with Bollywood heart
