ya, that comfused me a lot. When i first read it it was like...Car-lis-le. Dont ask me why.

Even though Stephenie herself told me how..I still somtimes pronounce it Car-lis-le..>.> Hehehe..I like it that way, but it is how Jerini_06 said. ^^

I always said Charlsie... Like Charlie with an s...I never noticed there was no H... so it's not like Charlie at all...

Carlsie.
I don't know how the S fits in there...

I used to pronounce it Car-leese. I still do, even though I had found out how it really should be pronounced the Car-lye kinda way...but it fights with my brain to pronounce it the way I always had for 2 years...lol. So, I decided to just say "To heck with it" and I now always just say it "Car-leeese"

Thats right, i listened to the cd and thats how it was pronounced.
