Not only for Kakashi but for Team 7 too. I mean, Naruto lost his best friend to an evil guy. is Tobi is Obito (which I think he is) then Kakashi would've lost his best friend to en evil organization. Which I think both have same reasons: power.

Now that would be a plot twist, wouldn't it?
