"....GAH!" The punk teen's yell was cut off as he was dragged underwater only to bob to the surface shortly after. Squinting and disoriented from the attack as well as Bobby's frantic attempts to save his life, he went about attempting to cough up the saltwater he'd just snorted.
Looking much like a limb sack of potatoes in the tide, Alec let himself drift for a moment in a grumpy stupor that Amaya's attack had actually succeeded. He'd get her back once he stopped choking.

Bobby was almost to Alec, or so to her vision, when Amaya pulled him under. She assumed the worst, he was drowning. The truth of the matter was, she should have been worrying about herself. Pigs were not swimmers....
Alec resurfaced, and Amaya soon after. The boy was coughing up water, but seemed unharmed... and the girl just looked proud of herself. That was all she saw, though, for the water was pulling her out in preparation for another small wave to go to shore. It was a normal process, but now it was beginning to be lethal for the woman.
The wave crested and crashed over her head, pulling her already heavy weight down far. She was too big to tumble under the current, so just fell. Shock and horror went through her body as her hooves touched ground....in her panic she pushed off and surfaced, coughing... only to have another, though smaller, crash over her head.
When she came up again, Bobby looked at the youths, "No-w *sp* thha *spiiii* can we... *spa!* I'ma goin *ha* back!" The woman had a hard time speaking since water entered her mouth every time she opened her mouth.
Without another word, Bobby tried to turn and swim back. She eventually got used to the wave cycle and took deep breaths, trying to push from the wave that pushed her to the shore... and trying to stay still while it tried to pull her back out to the open sea.
Finally, the tips of her hooves touched surface. She took one more step to the shore. The wat was up to her chin, but Bobby could breath... and she used the opportunity to gasp for air.
Feeling better she turned to the other two. Water ran down her face, possibly with tears of frustration mixed in. "Don't ever do that to me again!" Bobby wasn't really mad, just upset... she had been /really/ worried!

The teen blinked, her giggling at Alec ceasing once she saw how much trouble Bobby was in. "s**t! Alec c'mon!" Pulling him with her for most of the way, she eventually let him go when they were a lot closer to shore.
Instinctivly she dived under and resurfaced right next to the older woman. "I'm sorry! I was just playing a trick and-" She cut herself off, grabbing Bobby's hoof and helping her to shore. "I'm sorry." Amaya looked clearly ashamed of herself.

By the time Alec had finally regained his composure enough to attempt a counter-attack, he was dragged hard through the water by the now-frantic Amaya. "FBBBBAH!!" He fumbled his legs in the air until she'd let him go to tirely bring himself back to dry land.
"Uh... ye ekay Bobbeh?" He winced at her breathless expression, wading in the water near her. "Bleh.... salteh."

Bobby looked over at Amaya, "Don't apologize... you were just enjoying myself." She surveyed the water surface and shook her head while talking little and slow steps closer to shore. "Water is not my thing... I shouldn't have tried to swim again... this was a mistake."
The pig was getting closer to shore... closer to land... closer to not drowing; her hood wrapped in Amaya's long fingers. Turning to Alec, she shook her head, "No... not okay..." Bobby felt helpless... should couldn't help these two -thought they didn't need her help, and she couldn't help herself. And after everything... she was just exhausted.
Bobby smiled slightly, for Amaya's sake as well as her own, "But don't worry, I'll recover... after a nap..." And that sandy beach was looking very tempting... too tempting.
They finally reached a level where the water was only to her knees. Giving Amaya's hand as much as a reassurance squeeze as her hoof could allow, Bobby sighed. "The nap sounds good, of that's alight. You two play and I'll go sleep on the sand. I can make it from here."
Carefullly, she took back her hoof and then walked along the shore. She found where she had dropped her sack. Grabbing an apple she inhaled the fruit as fast she could. The peeling disappeared along with the core inside. Then, finding a small packed blanket, she wrapped herself in it and curled up on the sand.
Within moments, she was asleep. Snorts and grunts sounded while she dreamt... dreams of food and bumming on a couch..... ahh, that was the life.

The reptile frowned, despite what Bobby did to convince her otherwise. To her words, she simply nodded and let her go off to take a nap.
Once she was asleep she looked down at the water lapping her knees. "I should just go..." She caused so much trouble. Bobby had almost drowned because of her.

Alec quietly watched Bobby head over to a spot to nap in, feeling bad that she couldn't do the things she wanted to anymore. She hated it when he realized it, but everything that meant something to everyone was eventually slipping away infront of his eyes. "Kay... Sleep well." He mumbled a delayed response and turned back to Amaya. She had that familiar look on her face, the guilt and the self-punishment.
"'ey, s'not ye fault a' c'nt swim tha' good." He itched at the back of his neck before hesitantly wrapped an arm around her shoulders. The motion felt so awkward. "A'll ge' betteh n' chase ye down some day. A' go' a' pay ye back f'tha' one." He half-smiled and squeezed her shoulder a bit.

Amaya tensed slightly at the contact, feeling her face flush again. Though she quickly relaxed, although was still a bit flustered. A small smile graced her scaley features and she looked up at the punk.
"I'm gonna go, though. Make sure Bobby doesn't accidently wiggle into the ocean." Patting the hand that was on her shoulder, she started walking back slowly towards her duplex.

Doing a quick release of Amaya's shoulder (like it was pure poison), Alec was left standing dumbly on the beach as he watched her leave him behind. "Uh.. ekay." He shrugged and waved a goodbye before returning to the water's edge. He could watch over the sleeping swine as he enjoyed a good dip... now that no crocodile-iguanas were in the premesis.
