No, it didn't. But you can survive a gunshot if you shoot someone in her/his leg or other part, but I think a cut from a sword (varying on the deepness) could hurt more than a gunshot.

Swords suck, too. I only like guns because Jack and Takeru would probably shoot me with one if I said I didn't. x_x; It's all about uber smiting with teh muffin.
