Queen Thayet of Tortall, why do you taunt me so? emo
I think hair is my least favorite thing to draw. It's so... hairy. D:
EDIT:
May I present to you my body-less interpretation of Thayet, Queen of Tortall. She's from the Song of the Lioness quartet by Tamora Pierce. Or the Immortals quartet. Or, the Protector of the Small quartet. All of them feature her, somehow. She's such a spiffy person. Described as having 'Creamy skin, black hair and hazel eyes.' Very cool. Ended up having such a gorgeous relationship with everyone's favorite, if sometimes pigheaded, King Jon. She made many of my favorite characters much more interesting people. ^^
Yay for heads. xd And.. distinct lack of expressions. Because life is cool like that. B]

Ohh, my bad. Lemme go edit my post. ^^;
From any of the Tortall books by Tamora Pierce. But, more specifically, the Song of the Lioness Quartet.

Discworld is probably great for you, then. It's really got no set time-line, so you can bounce around to your hearts content. The shortness of Pierce's books is one of the reason I love then. They're, like, an inch+ across. xd

Hmm... I have a question about the newest prompt. It says characters that aren't already a movie, but what if my interpretation of the character is different from the movie?

Last book I read, probably want to finish the series soon. >.< .. won't be done in time, but I tried. heart

being a die-hard twilight fan (if you haven't read it READ IT!) I decided to draw Jasper Hale. I don't know why he appealed to me.. he just did. It's not my favorite realism ever and I'm going to draw a second one in a style I'm more comfotable with. Like this: Note: all of my images are hosted on Flickr.com here's the link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/27204488@N00/

Ahaha. I finished it and got it loaded to Sheezyart. The Mad Hatter has always been one of my favourite characters, but I never pictured him quite like Disney seemed to. He seemed darker to me. SO... hence my picture.

Alright, I've been trying to formulate ideas for how I can make a prize for the best prompt pictures...
For time's sake (since every prompt only lasts a week), I think it'd be best if I did the judging for which picture I like the most... instead of say, a poll or something.
Now for the prizes... I thought it'd be kinda fun if the winner got to generate a random number or dice (Post Action), and that number would be the amount of gold they would win... from me.
Now, I don't want to be spending loads of gold every week on giving out prices, so does anyone have a reasonable idea on what the range of prize should be? I was thinking around 50g - 1k.
