yeah...but then i started watching PGSM. and then the musicals. there is always more sailor moon to see, whether it's watching something newly discovered or browsing ebay. biggrin

did they ever show the episode where haruka met michiru in the U.S? because at the end haruka says "i'm not letting you go home tonight." and michiru replies, "oh my!" and they both giggle. hmm....

I'm pretty sure they did, but there were no lines like that since they're cousins in the dub.

ah, yes...well, the dub was okay if viewed as a parallel universe of sailor moon as the manga, anime, PGSM, and musicals are all like parallel universes.

ChibiChibi Tsukino Usagi Chibi-Usa ChibiChibi Tsukino Usagi I have only the seen the american dubbed version, but I am going to buy the original Japanese version with subtitles. I've wanted it for so long! I miss watching my sailormoon everyday at 4! I'm so sad that they cancelled it crying Oh ok. So is it hard to follow the episodes in japanese. Like is it hard to have to read the subtitles and pay attention to the scenes? I was thinking of getting the version with subtitles, but I wanted to make sure it was the right choice. I guess since I will be watching much more than only once, then it will probably get easier because I'll remember what they're saying at that point which will give me time to watch the scenes, but I wanted to get another opinion ^_^ heart

first half of R was fun to watch i think. it also introduced moonies to the idea that enemies can come from places other than thier own planet on a wide perspective.

Maybe for me it was just the fact that I was introduced to Sailor Moon through the manga, then started watching the anime. And the first half of R isn't related to the manga at all. Plus as a huge fan of Tuxedo Mask, I though the whole "moonlight knight" thing was stupid. And if you want attackers from outside the planet, you can skip straight to the second half of the season. The attackers aren't just from a different planet, but from a different time.

I wish they'd release Stars over here. My friend went to Hong Kong last year and managed to get a copy with English subtitles. It's so awesome! But now i want my own copy even more. crying
