He placed a soft comforting hand as he stared out the window watching the dark clouds form about the manor. He feared the new world.

" I trying to find out why this is happening but everything stops when it mentions the death of two kings. I have nothing more. Not even how Aeritus and Ceri managed to make it over here. "

He heads over towards the shelf making sure not to disturb Sye as he rested on the step. He walked over opening the book and reading it outloud to his father. Something changed in him now that the transformation was complete. He had matured some ways but he was dark and cruel. But he was hiding it from his father.

" Isaaru the Demon Crane was fighting against Opherarin's power. Osera gave her last breath to him in hopes to defeat the evil twin God. Vermillion the dragon king fought alongside the demonkin. But the two kings died in this battle and wished until the wars between Firstarter and Darken end will this world forever be closed. But once one of the clan members die or revoke his lineage, The gates of the demon world shall open once more. Homestead summoning back it's true members. Which me me and Ceri. The family will remain in homestead until the revival of Drenia Darken."

He closed the book and sighed looking to his father. He looked a bit nervous as he closed his hands into one another.

" Drenia is the founder of the Tainted. She returns it's a great honnor. Don't worry father... I make it so you can visit your wife a children. The portal will not close from this world. But has taken much of my powers to create this new portal. I doubt it will work but I at least try right?"

He took long strides as he paused for a moment.

" There was a girl I actually considered to try and take with me. I thought perhaps I could love her... but she ran from me. "

Valdris looked at his father as he nodded and pulled out a small black book from his pocket.

" Your not born with tainted blood. Yes HER blood is a part of yours. But you where never born a Darken. As for the children they are lucky except Akuma. His damonic blood was like mine. Uncontroled and choatic mix between others bloods. I managed to complete the research after soul binding with Stalfos. Which I believe if I did not take that step father. We would have killed one another some point. I now see the folly in those actions."

He flipped through the book and pointed and a few notes he had written.

" Sye here is going to test a thoery. I am the first Darken to pocess the ability of TAINT. To make one a Darken bloodline. If this is the case I can test on Sye. See if we can ever return back to gaia. But now I am uncertin. I will work my best/"

He took his wings and stretched them out with a yawn. He waved them about and tucked them back in place. The soft flutter was barely heard from the sleep Sye who stirred.

" As for Nai.. She is burden from her own sorrow. If I can find her before the end. I tell her where she can find me... but I doubt she follow there. So I stay as I am father. Could you ever replace Ceri if you lost her?"

HE paused for a long moment his long black hair dangled from his eyes as he turned his head. He slowly lifted his hand showing a transulcent appearence. Zeld could see through it as valdris returned to glove and walked over to Sye.

" I will take Sye and make him a barrier between worlds. I was in a thought to use one of your children but that risks to much. We need a full blood to bare the barriers strength. It will take some time Zeld. But you can enter our realm we just can't leave. Someday, I just need to study the ways of the portal and the stability. "

"You know Aunt Ceri was not really a Darken not by rolyalty standards. She was a b*****d child of Toyukisha. So he bloodline is a weak one compaired to mine. But if I die... I would like to make Akuma a Demon prince... if thats alright. He is next in kin and I think he be able to understand the workings of Homestead better then the other children."

Valdris smiled and nodded he had no intentions taking a son from his father. Only to make sure the throan was protected in times that were dark. He looked at Sye sleeping and looked at Zeld.

"Perhaps if I find Nai... she maybe see me. Knowing I am fading away from this realm it.. well.. I hope it does not make he feel worse then she already was. When I saw he she was crying and she pulled away and ran away. She was the only one that well.. cared for me back when. I kill for her even if it was wrongful means. heh... funny. Almost makes me smile. Ceri must know about the realms by now.. she must be denying it. Help her and tell her we can leave together if she meets me here at the Manor."

His lips curled back into a smile as he looked at his father. They were different but they both had the same kind heart. Only when Valdris wanted to show it though. He went over to his father and held him tightly. His eyes closed as his wings went about the both of them.

" I will not lie I am afraid. Very much so I do not know what to think of this realm ruled by demons. Even more frightening that the person who returns is a prince.."

He winced a bit as he heard Sye move slowly and blinked a few times. Sye saw the cat and then looked at his master. His short brown hair got in the way of his new red eyes. Slowly forming the mark of the cross was placed on the boys forehead. The mark of the Darken and Firestarter Clan. Each family member had the mark hidden somewhere on there body but where only came when they were of age. Sye bowed his head as the boy looked about and touched the side of his neck with his thin fingers. Feeling the small holes upon his neck were Valdris bit him earlier.
