ooh, i know a few of them already! xd my friend and i used to play a naruto game, so we tried to learn the hand signs - haven't learnt all of them yet, though. whee

hrmm... honestly, i'm not sure. i think... it still remains as an uchiha trait, but the only reason his mangekyou sharingan is different from itachi's, is because he doesn't have both eyes; therefore it doesn't reach the full power of the mangekyou. either that, or i'll go with your 'new doujutsu' idea...
I'll see about posting all the hand signs, too. Even if I have to twist my own hands into them, so we're not infringing some copyright or another over the magazine content.

And it's something to think about, isn't it? It's been one of those things that's been driving me to distraction. It's a pretty good question, too. It also makes me wonder exactly how families develop a kekkei genkai like the Sharingan or Byakugan.

Super Pantless Girl I'd say it's only around $10 U.S., and then I remember your profile says you're from Canada. I'll be posting the information from the book, don't worry.

are they just the pictues of each hand sign? because i already have those. or do they actually show the hand signs for performing each jutsu? because those i don't have yet...

yeah... and what's interesting is that if the sharingan really is connected to kakashi's genes, then it might be possible for his children to get it, too. then the uchiha won't go extinct... but its name will probably be changed to the 'hatake' clan, since, technically... kakashi isn't uchiha. and by the time his children grew up, sasuke and itachi would be dead, so there would be no uchihas left anyways.
