Another suggestion, and please dont murder me for it. I've been looking at all the other village's EXP threads, and their kage's are giving out skill points and raising stats on their members for training, as opposed to just giving them exp. I mean, they are still giving out exp, but they are also giving other bonuses as well.
Dont hurt me!
Just a thought...

((heheh i think it would be a great idea for all of the students to have a lounge like area were they can relax and study. also possibliy train...which is why i ask you if i may open up a lounge for studdying, practiceing, training and relaxing.))heheh i am opening up a lounge if it is okay with you. if ya dont like the idea p.m. me but for now i am opening it since you havent been on for a few days. the lounge will be in navalies appartment...

I'd prefer if you asked through a PM and waited for permission first. If more than just one person wants some sort of lounge or apartment complex, I'll make a thread for it.
Also, I'm working on the skill points and such, but skill points are based on stats, so I just raised them.

Nero Ash Can Mura open up a Target Range for practice with kunai, shuriken, and maybe even some projectile jutsus? See, I asked, I just didnt wait cuz I was gettin bored... sorry for not waiting. Really, I am sorry for not waiting. Its just... I cant exactly throw kunai at gigantic stone walls and call that "training" can I? Oh well, I'll just ask again hoping you dont get annoyed by me. And I thought this was the Suggestion thread for a reason...? Bah. I'm sorry. It was fun while it lasted. xd

You can set up targets in one of the other threads, or I can put some there by default. It would work, but I don't think there needs to be an entire thread for them. If you did any training there, however, I'll count some of it with a random number.

Couldn't have asked for more. well, I could have, but then I'd be slightly too greedy.
So, I got a question. When a jutsu is mastered, what does the DC lower to when attempting it? I mean, it obviously wouldnt stay at 15, or there would be no point in mastering it at all.

They might not be cheap. I haven't seen much in the way of a confirmed bartering list. (Might have just overlooked the thread if there is one) but in the end, it's all relative to the prices set for items. Now if you get like missions in B and A rank that are only worth 50 yen and a single average kunai cost like 30 Ryu...then you b***h.

ive searched every other village for their prices, and made our weapon etc. prices seem appropriate, and I'm saying that if one shuriken is 5 Ryo, and we are only making like 2 Ryo in a mission, thats kinda crazy-like.

I pay depending on how much work people will put into it.
Two kunai isn't bad, either. I could be cheaper.
No DC when you master a jutsu....
Missions are welcome. Experience is handed accordingly.
