narusaku all the way. Naruto's always been there for her and understands her better than anyone. Sasuke could careless about a relationship with her and has even stated that he wants to sever his relationship with the both of them. I feel bad for Sakura because no matter how hard she tries he continues to belittle and shun her. Atleast as Naruto constantly goes for her affections, she grows to have a good relationship with him. Even if Narusaku never happens, I still feel as though she would be happier in the sunlight than in the dark (metaphorically speaking).

I'm really tired because it's almost 2 am were I am so I'd love to hear where I went wrong so I can either correct myself, defend myself, or change my opinions. I'm always eager to hear what other's think and their own opinions. ^-^

Well, I don't think right now in the manga Naruto is trying to get Sakura's affection. Hes more worried about bringing Sasuke back. And I don't really feel bad for Sakura because shes a strong girl, she'll keep trying no matter what or how much he shuns her. I just think instead of Naruto there to protect and help Sakura I'd be more interested in watching Sakura warm Sasuke's heart and the development between the two whether it be romantic or not.

I agree with you that I want to see Sakura warm Sasuke's heart. Even though I'm a narusaku fan, I find sasusaku adorable as well, and I love seeing Team 7 interact and grow. And your right about not feeling bad for Sakura, I shouldn't have said that I did. I know she's strong. I think I was just thinking sympathetically from a girls pov (I'm very emotional as a person and too nice of one at that... I end up getting hurt alot. You could say I'm like Hinata except I can get as hyper as inner sakura). However, about Naruto not trying to get her attention in the manga, he has tried getting her on dates with him in the latest chapters. Chapter 311 has Naruto getting angry because Sakura invited Sai to come with them to see Kakashi. He was mad because he wanted to make it a date. rolleyes You're a very interesting person though! I loved chattng with you. ^-^

I agree with both of you on most of your points. At first a didn't like NaruSaku at all, but now, I do think it's a cute couple, and it's growing on me FAST. However, SasuSaku still and will always be me top pairing.
Sakura and Naruto are more to me like brother and sister. I do still think that Naruto has a crush on her, but to me he seems like he sees her more of a sister than he actually does of someone he likes. I think they both love each other a lot, but as a sibling love. I do think that as of now, Sakura WOULD be better with Naruto. Like you said, Anierles, Sakura would be more happy in the sun than in the dark.
However, Sakura is strong, and very determined to get Sasuke back. She wants what's best for Sasuke, and she's willing to do all she can to help him out of the hole he's dug himself into. I think that Naruto wants Sakura to be happy first and foremost, and he knows that she loves Sasuke. That's why I think Naruto promised her that he'd bring Sasuke back. Sasuke is his best friend, but the way I see it, he made the promise to Sakura because he wants her to be happy, and if Sasuke is the one to do that, than he'll do anything to get that for her.
Because the series is about Naruto, I think that his promise will be fulfilled, and he WILL bring Sasuke back (and Sakura will definitely help as well) and I can see Sakura slowly melting his heart. After all, they've put so much spotlight on Sakura and Sasuke, I think that Kishimoto is trying to say something. I think that Sasuke and Sakura is the main pairing, because of all the moments that they have. I've also noticed that in the fillers, Naruto and Hinata get a lot of spotlight as well, so I tend to get a message saying that Kishimoto has plans for future SasuSaku and NaruHina.
But that's just me. >w<

mmm... yeah, i'm a huge fane of this pairing; and it usually seems to be an extremely awkward to alot of people, so.. i really hope it doesn't disturb anyone here. neutral especially since most of you appear to like sasusaku... which actually happens to be my least favourite pairing, along with narusaku. xp once again, i don't mean to offend anyone... i respect everybody's own opinions; this is just my opinion. :J
