"You dont need to thank me. It was you who decided to come along." He said warmly, with a hint of distraction. He was watching Suri, just in case anything was to happen. Although, he highly doubted it. The stream, wasnt very deep.
He was glad, that she was getting to like the humans. There was more good humans than those who were bad. Kail always thought, that other soquilis needed to know that fact before judging humans. He loved them dearly enough to defend them after all.
Glancing back at Kimi for one quick moment, hoping that she wouldnt think he was ignoring her or anything, he caught a blush."Hey. Your blushing. Did you see someone.. you like? or something else?" He questioned curiously. "Im a good friend. I wont blabber." He joked teasingly.
Suri took quite a while to wash the mangoes, but when she was done, she stared at the water in fascination at all the colorful fish. Trying to grip the water in her hands.. The wayter kept squirting out. "Aw." She murmered.
Standing at the water for five minutes or so, she suddenly remembered! She had to bring the mangoes back! About to run back to Kail, she stopped midway where she debated... She wanted to ride the pretty horsie! Running to the mare, "Uppers..!" She said a little timidly though.
But all this time.. She called Kail, Kail but she called the pretty horsie.. nothing. "What.. ish horshies.. name?" She asked, her words slow and careful. She suddenly felt bad for not realizing this earlier.

The sudden question from him made her blink her eyes looking quite surprised he caught on that she was actually blushing. She murmered to herself with a deer in the headlights look for a few moments.
"Blushing? Kimi did that? Like someone? Kimi umm..." she pawed the dirt turning away a moment feeling very odd she couldn't even talk clearly, even in her own language.
She turned quickly to watch Suri trying to loose the warmth in her warm cheeks. Odd to the little mare that this had happened. There was no reason to call reason as to why was there? She stammered over questions that arose in her little mind quite apparent.
The little girl's action of running to Kimimela confused the mare. Uppers? What did that mean? She heard it used before when Suri wanted to ride Kail to the river. A flick of her ears swiveling as she listened to Suri. Just then a pretty tigerswallow butterfly arched its flight to land on the mare's muzzle resting gently with a flick of its wings.

"Hm? Oh well. I didnt ask or say anything okay?" He grinned. It irked kail to see when he caused trouble for others. Noticing little suri's behavior, she cocked his head at her curiously. Usually, Suri only rode on Kail. Suri disliked riding on others.
"Oh.. It would seem she wants to ride you." He said embarassed. Picking Suri up, he put her on his back. He also took the mangoes and held the bag in his mouth, He shook his head at Suri, meaning in a gesture that she could not ride the other soquili. "Nono." As he nudged her.
"No!" As Suri jumped off of his back, almost falling down when she landed but she ran to the other soquili's side holding onto her leg tightly. "I.. wanna.. go wif her!" She said fiercely. When Suri wanted to do something, nothing stopped her. It was.. a determination that could be good or bad depending on the situation.
Sighing, Kail glanced helplesly at Kimi. If Kimi felt uncomfortable, he would drag Suri the rest of way. He wouldnt have wanted to force another person to do something they didnt want to. But Suri was a different matter. He dealt with her more times than he could count.
"Whatta spoiled girl." He nickered at Suri who stuck her tounge at him in reply.

Little Suri caused the mare to blink at Kail looking very odd with her orange orbs opening and closing. She wanted to ride her? But what did the feel like? So many queries filled Kimi's head wondering what she should do. She remembered Kail carrying the young child to this place thinking for a short bit what if she could? It seems the little one was quite taken to the striped tail female.
She turned to Kail shaking her head, "Kimi no feel bad nor should Kail." she smiled with her eyes watching him.
As Suri relentlessly though tried to prove her point in riding Kimi the mare understood. Instictively she knelt down so her back was easy to climb onto. Thinking this is Suri's one wish, on desire right now it had to be fulfilled. Turning her head to look at Kail she nodded for him to help Suri on her back.
There's a first time for everything.

Kail gently picked up suri and put her on the mare's back. Gesturing on, he trotted towards the way of the village.
As Suri was riding the mare, she giggled with happiness. "Boom!" as she flung her hands up, a random act. Holding on the the mare' mane, she talked to herself and the mare the whole way.
"Is Suri too heavy?" He worried. Suri was very light for Kail, but maybe some might find her heavy? He didnt like to inconvience others and Suri had done certainly that. He couldnt blame her.. Curiousity DID kill the cat.

As the trees and clouds passed them by Kimimela was learning companionship for the first time by ways of a little girl named Suri. The mare walked slowly with her head bobbing along keeping alert to the little one sitting upon her smooth sleek gray back.
Kimi remembered back in the jungle when the little animals caught a ride as she trotted along. Huge trees of leaves as as large as humans, smells long forgotten, and water so crystal you could see in the very depths of the world underneath.
She turned her head smiling sweetly at Kail as she walked beside him.
"No. Kimi is fine with Suri. Kimi is happy to have met Kail's family." she nickered with a nod tempted to nuzzle him then blushing when her thoughts got the best of her.

"Im glad." Kail said warmly. "Humans arent all bad neh?" He questioned, his face pleased knowing that Kimi had gotten to like them. Even if just a little bit.
"Lately the village has been busy, and you can often see other soquilis here and there because the humans need help to harvest and such." He explained. "When it's a season like winter, i have all the time in the world to wander." He grinned. It was obvious he loved to explore, both the land and the secrets of whatever laid out there. He was full of just too much curiousity.
'What do you do during your spare time Kimi?" He questioned, looking curious. Kimi didnt mention too much of herself but her homeland. But than Kail was also at fault, since he didnt usually ask too much questions about other people and their life.

Head swaying back and forth Kimi's ears caught every sound that traveled past her. Such a different setting then what she was used to but warm and full of wonder with colors and scents foreign to her. Her hooves pushing lightly into the path they trode making her appear but a light feather barely denting the ground. Even her wild nature could not bypass the well brought up side in her of being proper when need be.
She perked her ears to his question nodding her head. She was beginning to love this lifestyle and treasured anything new that inspired her.
"Things to do... Well Kimi watch the great flying birds and run through streams when Kimi happy" she paused to think a little more in her answer, "Kimi sees Moonlight is beautiful. Mother's gift. Kimi dance for great mother up so high."
She wanted to rear up but her senses told her to stay grounded for Little Suri could take a nasty fall and get hurt. Kimimella dressed in grays, black, and white adorned with those haunting orange eyes could never face something like that.

Little Suri, strangely felt a hesitation in the mare. "Wah-na.. gayupp?" She said curiously. In truth herself, she wanted excitement. "Lesh go!" Giggling.
"Jeez.." His eyes adverting up, he sighed. "You know Kimi, I have the feeling that Suri and you are both bored." Grinning, he glanced at Suri. "We're almost there but why not gallop the rest of the way?" He whinnied to the mare, gesturing a race.

Her eyes spoke confusion as they pierced into Kail's own orbs. She desired not to hurt little Suri for that meant that she would have ill intentions. A frown painted her pretty muzzle causing her eyes to look rather intense yet sad.
"Kimi confused. Kimi no hurt little Suri" she blinked with a flick of her long striped tail.
She did want to run but wanted to know if Suri had the strentgh to hold on. Truth be told the little lemur colored mare could move like the wind when she wanted to. She turned her head to the right nudging Suri's leg then to the left. Her neck than turned to semi look at the little girl with her query.
"Can you hold on Suri" she whickered with a fire of wanting to run. Then she remembered tha mangos.

"Dont worry. Sure can handle it. She loves a fast gallop, if faster, she'll be delighted." Kail reassured Kimi. Seeing the mare's troubled eyes, he nudged her gently.
"I'll be holding on the mangoes. Why dont you get back to the village first?" Giving her a small grin. "I'll be there soon enough." A gentle smile spreading across his face whilst he glanced at Suri.
Suri didnt understand what the mare was saying.. but she could feel the hesitation in the mare. Maybe the pretty horsie was worried that she'd fall?
Assuming that was the case, "Yup!" She annouced while giggling and holding on the mare's mane. Instead of sitting straight-up like before, she rested her small body against the mare, leaning foward, a position less resistant of the wind and easier to ride.
"Looks like she's ready." Chuckling, such a small little girl who was experienced in riding.. quite unusual. Most girls her age played and clinged to their mother.. or so he saw in the village.

She danced a bity in place wanting to feel the wind as it swept through her hair, tail flying in the wind striped in blacks and white.
Feeling Suri posistion herself the little gray mare readied herself. One last look at Kail Kimi smiled sweetly then tore off like a little demon breathing in sync with her stride.
Wind trailing through her senses she felt complete with Suri as a part of her. Occassionally she'd ponder Kail walking along smoothly protecting the precious cargo of washed mangos.

Arriving at the village shortly after Kimi and Suri had reached there, the dropped the mangoes inside the tent before trotting off to drink some water. The sun was coming out and it was really getting hot.
But there was no joke that Kimi was fast when she wanted to be. Drainng down a couple of gulps of water, he walked back in surprise to see Kimi. "You run too fast Kimi." He pretending to whine meaning it as a hidden compliment. "But it looks like i wont be needed here for awhile.." As he galnced back at the village and it's people.
"But i am worried. Do you have any friends waiting for you? i can walk you there." He offered, being the responsible person he was.

She tossed her head with a whinny snorting happily knowing Suri had enjoyed herself. Her pretty coat was shining as the sun rose in shades of light that fitered over the land. Already the village was in full swing.
Kimi lowered herself to allow little Suri to dismount and run to whatever she was deciding she needed to do. Followed by a long cool drink as her sides heaved from her spirited run. So good the water was cold and refreshing as it traveled down her parched throat.
When finished she walked slowly over toward Kail her eyes watching him intently. "Friends for Kimi is Glory. But Glory went off on her own without Kimi. Kimi happy here Kail but if Kail wants Kimi to go home to clearing Kimi will." she said with a bright smile yet her eyes said otherwise.
"Kimimela like being with Kail".

"Nah. It's always fun to have company around." A grin on Kail's face. "You say that you like being with me so much, that one might see us as a couple if they heard such things." He chuckled.
Nudging her softly, "Do you have alot of friends? Tell me about them." In truth, he was a little concerned who Kimi was hanging out with. But he dare not admit it.
