Oh, who wrote it now....Ah! Funny story on Fanfiction.net: The Army Life. There are some Seph/Aerith cases there, in toleration. Zack, or course, is still Aerith's girlfriend, but it is truly an amusing story.

No, logically (going by the story) Aeris should and would not "go" with Sephiroth due to the facts of:
1. Her being dead.
2. Sephiroth would probably have little to none interest in love. At all.
3. Sephiroth did, in fact, stab her and kill her.
4. Aeris loves Zack. Not Cloud. Not Sephiroth. Zack. It doesn't matter what fangirls and boys think. Unless you haven't played the game at all.
5. She got in his way.
6. Pixels are infertile.
Reasons that they should "go" though, seeing as that was a little on fair.
1. They are both ancients... actually that wouldn't work, because he'd probably kill her in her sleep so he could be the only one.
2. They'd have children with nice hair... but wait, they wouldn't because of number 6 on the cons.
3. There was chemistry in the game... chemistry of pure hate towards everyone!
SO really, the answer is no.

everyone puts them together and i don't get it...he killed her, no where in the game did they show any kind of feeling for each other. yeah they were like the last 2 of a race..kinda but still...i dunno i just don't get it

First off.
Sephiroth doesn't feel love like that. No offense, but he is overcome with hatred. He isn't just attempting to destroy the Earth for revenge, but out of hate. This being a common theme amongst the Final Fantasy Final Bosses, that they are born from hatred.
Aeris is slightly a symble of love in the world, as Final Fantasy 7's theme was life as explained in the extras on the Advent Childern DVD. Thus Aeris and Sephiroth are complete opposites, and it'd mroe likely end in someone dieing then anyone even so much as hugging. Maybe old sephiroth, before he went mad, but not current.
