[+]Envy[+]Reaper[+] Ya. Lots of questions concerning the Homunculi. neutral Points to be made: ~ Homunculi do age, until they consume the incomplete Philosopher's Stones(that is why Wrath appears to be 15, though he died/was brought back as an infant)~ they dont have memories of their past life until told/remember(that is why Sloth was in denial that Ed and Al were her sons, she didnt know)~ parts of their original DEAD body weaken them--> hair, bones, ect (its really, the only way to kill them)There. 3nodding This is true, only for the anime tho. I've seen the whole anime and I'm currently reading FMA..It is on going even now. Just today chapter 52 was released. If you want the website, I'll give it up to you guys. The manga and anime differ a lot. But one thing I like to point out in [+]Envy[+]Reaper[+]'s post (the first "bullet") is that... Not all homunculi age..Only Pride does, and Wrath never did age he was inside the Gate thats why he "age" I guess. Envy didn't exactly age..Lust didn't nor did Sloth or Gluttony. And Dante even said so herself..Pride was her best homunculus becaise he can age like a human. I just thought I'd clear that up.

Secondly, Pride ages even though he has consumed the stones.... making him a high and mighty b*****d XD
Thirdly, yes, the Homunculi are dead. They are soul-less beings-- pretty much like a doll.(Ed describes them as dolls in teh MANGA)
The Philosopher's Stone stops you from aging-- thats why Envy and the others appear to be so young. Wrath didnt consume the stones til he was 15-- thats why he is like that.... otherwise, he would be a baby-like HomunculusI didnt mess up >_> You read it incorrectly. Nobody is exactly sure about the manga... so I am not sure you should even correct me on that. SORRY, I was talking about the anime.

Didn't Envy say that the failed human transmutation creatures (i don't know what to call them x.x) die quickly..so they need the stones right away?
