I'm hoping on publishing some of my novels in the very near future, infact! I enjoy drawing, watching anime/horror movies/gay movies, reading manga and yaoi. heart How long you have been RPing for: On and off for 7 years. Depends if there's good rpgers to rp with. Sometimes it can be a dry spell. crying Do you RP anywhere other than Gaia? If so, where: Yup. Mostly with my friends. But I am in community like rpgs. I play Tohma and Tatsuha from Gravitation here. I play Akito and Yuki from Fruits Basket here. I'm more prone to original rpgs with friends. I do rpgs via IMs or emails, but I do have two communities just for me and my friend's rpg on greatestjournal [himitsu_neko] and [apartment_53b]. I'm also in another original rpg, but it's down right now. Why type of RPs you prefer: I'm not too picky. I like fantasy, fiction and non-fiction. Dark rpgs, horror rpgs. Limey rpgs [as in, I don't mind doing sex, as long as it's not too over the top graphic--though sometimes, I don't mind doing lemons.] and romantic rpgs. I love yaoi rpgs, love love LOVE them in any plot... shoujo-ai/yuri ones are cool, too. I don't really care for sci-fi rpgs, but I'll do them if the story is good. And whatever else: Hi hi. I'm Breanna. ^_^ Here's a more detailed description for me incase you're *SHOCK* interested. xd I'm 19 years old, and my main love in life is writing--close after it is RPGing. I love anime, some of my faves are Saiyuki, GetBackers, Magic Knight Rayearth etc. I've just recently started getting into YuGiOh!. I love to read manga, too; works by You Higuri heart heart heart , Kazuya Minekura and Takashima Kazusa are the bestest. heart I love yaoi and open minded people. I like to draw from time to time; I've been told I'm good, but it's not what I like to do with my time most of the, um, time. sweatdrop I love mythology and symbolism. I enjoy stories/rpgs pretaining vampires, dragons, demons, devils and angels. I have an odd infatuation for eyeballs, the Grim Reaper and the Serphent aliens from the Alien movies. sweatdrop I have an alter ego. Her name is Breeze. She's an Archdemon Neko, training her way on being a full fledged devil. She has long green Umi Ryuzaki-esque hair, one insane red eye, demonic tail and rami-like horns, with black kitty ears and kitty tail. Add some demonic wings to the mix. She's a chibi mostly all the time. She likes eating souls. She's crazy, random and perverted. I heart her. I've got... bipolar, OCD, social phobia and borderline disorder. sweatdrop So I'm kinda shy and nervous meeting people. I've said enough about myself. *runs off to hide*

Well, let's see what I can come up with here...
Names: Call me Merlinic if you like, 'tis what most people do. I'll also answer to Zi or Z, since the other screenname I commonly use is Zifunk402. In real life I usually go by Maria, Marie, Rissa, Marissa, or Rishka, depending on the situation. (My friends enjoy using nicknames, no?)
Interests/Hobbies: I read alot... Honestly, most of my time is spent doing homework, eating, and RP-ing. I draw some too, but I haven't spent alot of time on that recently. Hmm... favorite books: just about anything fantasy or sci-fi. I especially like Diane Duane, Garth Nix and Michael Crighton. Favorite foods: I adore fettuccini alfredo, mac'n'cheese, garlic bread, spaghetti, cashew chicken, donuts, egg noodles... and quite alot of other foods too. Least favorite homework: English papers. They take too long...
I'm also into anime and manga. Favorites: Wolf's Rain, Cowboy Bebop, Juvenile Orion, Rurouni Kenshin, Full Metal Alchemist... there are lots of others I read/watch, but those were the first that came to mind. I'm also addicted to yaoi/shonen ai and slash.
How long you have been RPing for: since Aug '04.
Do you RP anywhere other than Gaia? If so, where: Not really. Lately I've been working on arranging a one-on-one rp through AIM, but that hasn't started yet.
Why type of RPs you prefer: I haven't tried everything, but I imagine it'll probably be similar to my reading preferences: fantasy and sci-fi.
And whatever else: I really like learning and speaking languages. This is my fourth year of French and second year of Spanish in school... I'm trying to learn Japanese on the side, but I hardly ever study 'cause I spend all my time roleplaying or otherwise engaged on the internet. French tends to slip into my OOC posts (especially right after class), but I always add a translation when I do that.
I want to go to Japan this summer through AFS. I'm working at a burger/custard place on the weekends to help earn money for that.
Je pense que c'est tout. (I think that that's it.) See, I'm already doing it... and I didn't do it on purpose, either... *shakes head at self*...

Interests/Hobbies: Well, for one thing, i sure am interested in role playing blaugh As if you couldn't guess. But i also like listening to heavy metal and just hanging out at home. Believe it or not, i'm a goth (sort of...i like the style, not the principles) and i play piano xd .
How long you have been RPing for: For about a year now
Do you RP anywhere other than Gaia? If so, where: Weeeell, there is this one place, but it's not very active...so i don't go much anymore.
Why type of RPs you prefer: Medieval/Vampire/Fantasy/or even Modern if the RP is well thought out.
And whatever else: I like long walks on the beach and dinner by candle light.....riiiiight. I love to bike and I hate skirts of all kinds. Yes, you could call me a tom boy. Sports are fun (except soccer) especially ultimate frizbee ^_^

How long you have been RPing for: As long as I've been on gaia, so about a year.
Why type of RPs you prefer: I mostly like all RPs, but right now I seem to be more interested in futuristic RPs. No idea why, I just do.
And whatever else: Well, I like RP with deep plot lines that people will come back to after getting off for dinner. I don't think I will be posting as long as my example in my App., but I like to post in detail, If I have the time, which is seldom. (My dial-up has a glich when the phone calls block it)
I try to draw but only fail most of the time. Having to read 30 minuets a day for school has made me read more for pleasure. I really like anime and magna, like Cowboy Bebop, Gundam (For the sake of your eyes, I'll just say I like all of them), FLCL and more. I hate little demon sisters, noobs that go on ego trips and think they can beat the crap out of you. (but not noobs in genreal. We were all noobs once) and weak plot lines.

Well... I used to RP on Neopets, but that got quite tedious and boring... So, no, not really. I RP with some friends over AIM sometimes. ::shrug::

Modern, Modern Fantasy, Medieval, Medieval Fantasy, an occassional Final Fantasy RP... I am up for a lot of things, really.

Well... I'm 15 years old and will be turning 16 on July 17th, 2005. ^^ I live in New York, USA and attend NHS (Niskayuna High School) here as a Sophmore. I take Biology Honors, Concert Band, Regents English, Lifetime (Gym), Intermediate Foods, Level 3 Spanish Honors, Algebra/Trig 2 Honors, and Global History 2 Honors. ^^; So... All those classes tend to take up a lot of my time, but I always find time for Gaia... It's a stress reliever for me most of the time. So I'm here at least once a day. My favorite class this year though is probably Global... My teacher is awesome.
I have lots of friends here on Gaia, most of them RL friends, but some are people I met here on Gaia. As stated before, I started RPing when on Neopets and then one of my friends introduced me to Gaia and it was a new, much better experience. xD

Uhh... yeah. Anyways, I think I'll make this short and sweet (for the sake of my freezing fingers).
I'm into pretty much any kind of roleplay (cept for yaoi) and I'll try pretty much anything once.
I'm into metal alot (Metallica, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Demon Hunter, etc.) and a good bit of classic rock (Zepp, Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Jimi Hendrix, etc.).
So yeah, I'm mostly into one-on-one RPs (not fighting each other, but usually working towards beating an NPC/controlled badguy).
Anyways, I have to go take a shower. Be back in a few minutes.

I prefer a varying amount of RP's including, but not limited too: Feudal Japan, Medieval, Fantasy, Modern, and 'Gunslinger' ((As it were)). Those are my more favorites, but not all I'm willing to do whee Ehhe, moving on.
And whatever else:
Well let's see, I've got paranoia, I said earlier I have multiple personalities problems, I have a sleep disorder at the moment, and a love of fire. I adore RPing to get away from life and be something that I wish I could be. Unfortunately I'm not the best Rper, and can use a lot of improvement, as can be seen from my application. sweatdrop But I digress. I enjoy playing sports, and spending my time helping others. I love to laugh, and make others laugh when I can. I do adore Drama and improv. It makes me feel free to put on a mask of another and not be me for that night. Maybe that's why I'm a schizo eh? Hehe, but seriously I'm just a vagabond trying to become better and help others along the way. How long you have been RPing for: That's a good question. The first time I roleplayed might have been two and a half years ago, but then I stopped for a long while and only really started again a month before joining Gaia. I'm too lazy to look that up, but if you're interested you could. ...Or something...

Why type of RPs you prefer: Generic high fantasy all the way, free-plot. I somehow end up doing modern vampire RPs often, though I have no particular reason to. Not that I dislike them, but vampires have never stood out to me. Sometimes I do classical Greek mythology RPs, too, though those too aren't what would stand out to me as what I'd love to RP.
And whatever else: Uh...at some point I'll think of something to put here.
