Aw. MrJimmy, Wakusei's art made the gnarly wicked teeth look cute. <3
I'd almost squish you for the cuteness that the art portrays if I wasn't aware of the reality of those gnashing traps of a jaw you've got equipped. 3nodding

ManticoreBasically, a mythological creature that has the body of a lion, the tail of a scorpion and some other random body part of another animal that I'm unsure off. Hence why I posted a link. <3

So you're the inspiration for Ursula off of the Disney movie: The Little Mermaid!
Not as an insult, because the villian's rather heinous.
But poopsies! AHA! <3
How incredibly awesome is that kind of knowledge? <3 I'd say quite a bit.

I wasn't satisfied with the way she died.
Getting all that power, then getting skewered by an errant bow/stern-thingie of a boat.

Getting all that power, then getting skewered by an errant bow/stern-thingie of a boat. i agree...but, then again...how else could those fools have beaten her?...she was too cool ..she would have been like "Shazzam!! you're dead!!" all with one little flick of her tentacle....and the kiddies might not have liked that...

Yeah. Her tentacle was practically the size of an island. I don't think any flicker would have been little. rofl
You've got a point though, Alarias. At least it wasn't a cheap cop-out like a fairy at an opportune moment granting an enchanted sword.
Sleeping Beauty. Rawr.
But I love that movie too. <3 The music's pwetty. 3nodding

Whose voice?
And non-random subject:
Came across a post in ED that said something along the lines of a storekeeper putting up the sign 'This is America Speak English!' when irritated at a customer.
I think he had every right to. Everyone that tells him to put it down can justify it on the grounds as being hostile towards a group of people, perhaps, if there are enough people that don't speak English that would go to his store...
But he's the proprietor. In his restaurant, he should be able to say what language is spoken predominately in it and in the country. English is the official language and the language that is on most legal documents. Sure, they have translations, but you won't get far by just knowing one predominant language that isn't English. You have to know English to at least an understandable degree.
Those that don't know English have no excuse in my opinion. English classes are offered freely to immigrants and those whose native language is not English. English is offered freely in public schools. English is a free thing to learn, but people do not take the initiative to learn the language that this nation was founded upon. It was founded by many immigrants, yes, but the Constitution was written in English. The Presidents of this country speak English. The language being taught to kindergartners in this country is English.
It's not fair to hold everyone accountable to know a native tongue of something other than English, and it's not logical. It's comparable to going into Germany and expecting people to know Czechoslovakian. Some might know it, but in general, the public does not.
If you go into a restaurant owned by people who you know to know the same language as you, then by all means be prepared to share in that culture.
Aha, /rant. <3
