Oh yea? That's odd, I see you everyday... I stay in your closet, you see.. And, well, that's another story. Nice to be back, Mari... Nice to be back.
*The air pushes outwards as his feet touch the ground, a few pebbles which were previously vibrating in the air fall to the pavement with a clatter. With small flashes the fires die out, the lichen and vines charred bits across the walls which would be washed off later by more dilligent workers than he. Valgar eyed his old friend with warm acknowledgement, trying to remember what she used to wear as he took in the new look. It seemed almost odd to be back, yet very natural as well... The whole shock of the situation still hung about him like a good drink, and like a good drink, he let it take the wheel. Striding forwards and before she can respond the brash warrior kisses her on each cheek, her forehead, and then smacks her in the arm with enough force to almost send her sprawling were it not for his other hand*

A young girl with dazzling emerald green hair walked through the open area. She had a pleasent expression but seemed to be deep in thought while walking, her hands held behind her back, and head tilted up at the night sky. This place was new and she was taking her time xploring the place.

Mari couldn't help but laugh as she was being "attacked" with attention from her old friend. "Matt would not like this one bit if he was here. You know that, right?" She laughed. All he did was greet her in a friendly manner, but Smash would joke about it and possibly even use it as an excuse to fight.

Matt? Matt? Oh, you mean that rather short fellow with an anger management problem? No need to worry about him, my sword'll watch my back.
*Valgar winks and waves at the new person. It's a rather energetic, idiodic, insane wave and speaks volumes about the wave's owner. His hand sweeps out towards the buildings as he turns again to his old friend*
Misuse, I suppose? The Legion was the same upon my return... Lack of members, lack of funds, lack of attention in general... A little water and the walls will be good as new. I'll whip something up to help cut back some of the forest and retake those walls, eh?

She turned to duo and waved back, a bit spasticly, balancing on her tippy toes. "Ellu!" she cried back before calming down and taking a look around. Not like she had anywhere to go. Perhaps she would invade the two, but she was still to shy for it. She smirked and sat down deciding to examin them.

Mari had seen the new girl and a big smile grew on her face. Maybe this place will be thriving again in no time, after all. She turned to continue the conversation with Valgar. She couldn't help but laugh at how he described Matt to a perfect T. "Well, Kotori and I have been trying to maintain it as much as we could, but we've also been very busy with other... Situations. But anything to get this place looking great again. I would love your help." She then turned her attention back to the girl and walked over to her. Holding out her hand, she smiled. "No reason to be shy around us. Name's Mari Star. What's yours?"

The girl stood and shook the womans hand. "Sorry, just my nature. It's Alanna.. Nice to meet you." She smiled and glanced around not sure what else to say. Meeting new people always made her a bit shy.. but not for long.

"Very nice to meet you, Alanna. And don't worry about it. We'll snap that shyness out of you in no time." Mari had let out a laugh and beemed with happiness. "I know it doesn't seem like much, but we've been trying to get things back up. Hopefully it will have people flooded in here, soon." She was never good at starting conversations, but she was trying. "You have any questions, I would be the one to ask right now."

She thought for a moment, tapping her index finger against her chin. "Questions? Can I see your eyes?" she asks with a smile.

"My... Eyes?" Mari was confused, but just shrugged. She took off her glasses and looked at the girl showing Alanna her gray eyes. "Now... This is only one set of my eyes." She chuckled and knew that she was going to confuse the girl with that comment.

She leaned forward starring deeply into them. She took in every detail they had to offer. "Set? You can change your eyes?" she asked in an excited tone.

Mari laughed at the girl's excited tone. "I can change my body, pretty much. Despite what I look, I'm half demon." She smiled and put her glasses back on. She was near blind without them.

*A deafening roar of an engine disturbed the silent surroundings. With it, a cloud of dust arose making its way quickly towards the old site.*
~It's been a while, but could it really be?!~
*Kage could be seen racing towards the old mansion on his brand new bike. Dust kicked up behind him as he got closer and closer. Coming within site of the rundown looking hang out he grabbed the brakehandles and slid the bike sideways creating a thick wall of dust and debris. With an, almost over the top theatric, Kage leaped from the bike through the cloud landing on one knee ithin close range of the characters he had seen. His arm extended, holding his helmet out at his side, as he took a second to smirk and reflect on his entrance and it's well over-due-ness. He looked up to identify the figures he had seen.*
~could it be...~
... Mari? Valgar?
*he didn't recognize the third person. he stood up and walked over to join them*
Where's smash? Was he really here? Has he really returned?

Mari had looked over at where the sound of the bike came from and seen Kage. First time she has for a long time. "Kage! You're back!" She jumped at him and hugged him. "It's been forever, it seems!"
