Sairin rasied an eyebrow in interest. Never tired a swordfish before, he thought, but it might be a good idea to try something new, he finished before answering to Ki...
"Sure, I'll have one...garlic her butter please." he politely answered, and he grinned at Yuki who seems to be confused about swordfishes.
"You wanna know about swordfishes Yuki?" he asked, at least knowing a bit about swordfished from school.

Sairin suddenly flushed, it was his first time to hear someone call him sensei, not that he mind that is. Giving the white catboy a smile, he begin to explain some basic facts he knew about swordfishes.
"Swordfishes are usually distinguished from other billfishes, probably because of it's bill. Sworfishes are opportunistic predators, usually feeding on other fishes or other sea creatures at the surface or the bottom of their depth. It's scientific name I think was Xiphias gladius, I don't know much about what it means but all I can remember is that gladius is a latin term for sword if translated into english."
Taking a deep breath, he sighed and grinned.
"That's pretty much the basics I know, since my teacher in school isn't giving out more info about swordfishes until next week."
Sairin explained and he was a bit surprised. He hadn't talked like this since his mother came back from a business trip, which was exactly 5 months ago. He suddenly wondered why he was being so sociable to strangers he had just met a few minutes ago.

Yuki began to laugh a bit too since Sairin began grinning. He looked at Sairin's wings and asked him if he could fly with them?

Sairin blushed in embarassment at the question, sweating a bit, he answered with a chuckle...
"To tell you the truth, I can't since i have to wait until I get my full grown dragon wings...I really don't know how to get it though..."
He murmured, showing a sad look as he looked back at his wings which seems to be arching a bit and flapping slower than before.

Ki had decided to miss Sairin's swordfish lesson, opting instead to go ahead and retrieve the boy's meal. He brought it back in time to catch the sad expression as Sairin looked back at his wings.
He frowned at the look, wanting the two boys to be happy for a while. He put on a smile as he set Sairin's tray in front of him, then went back to his seat beside Yuki. He decided that a change of topic was needed to get that look off Sairin's face.
"So, what brought you two in to my part of the city?"
(Neko-sama: Just let me know - I need enough time to get the whip out of storage heart ( xd ))

"Thank you." Sairin murmured, bowing his head slightly before grabbing a fork and knife laid orderly on the table.
"The City? Actually, a friend of mine works in a store a few blocks away and I usually visit her, but she wasn't there so I just gave myself a second tour around the city, first time was with my friend though." he answered with a slight chuckle before cutting a piece of the fish.
Taking a small bite, he smiled a bit before murmuring...
"It's good."

Yuki didn't ment to make him sad, so he was glad that Ki came and helped him out of the situation again^^;
"Well... my mom sent me away from the mountains so i could grow up, just like my brothers..Well.. i came down here from the mountains and was walking around in the forest.. I met someone who told me that i should go here to this city.. he explained me how to get here and such. Then i came here, and i was quite hungry after been travelled so far. Then i met you Ki, and now i am here."

Ki smiled. "So you're already use to the city Sairin? I grew up here, so I never really thought it might be unnerving to someone who has never seen a city before." He grinned at Yuki. "But my brother's boyfriend, Pocki, he's a country kitten. It was fun watching him get use to city life."
Remembering his own plate, he began eating as well, but stopped as a new thought occured to him. "You guys have any other plans for stay here? Maybe we could hang out more."

He thought about it and figured out that it would be a great idea to hang out sometimes. He didn't really have a place to live though, so he asked Ki:" You told me that this girl who owns the hotel, maybe would lend me a room here? I dont really have any other places to go, so for staying here I could maybe work for her? And this person, Pocki, do you think i could meet him sometime? Maybe he can explain me how it was to grow up in this city!"

"Yeah, I'm used to some parts of this city. Yeah, maybe I should stay here since my friend is looking forward to giving me something and she might be available tomorrow and it'd be cool to hang out sometimes. Oh yeah, how much is for one night?" Sairin asked, taking one last bite from the almost empty plate.
"If it's kinda expensive, maybe I'll try and work here as a waiter or bellboy or something." he murmured with a sweatdrop.
"Say, you know the owner?" he asked Ki, a bit surprised.

Ki grinned as he thought about his friend. "Yeah, I know the owner. Technically, she's the owner's granddaughter. But she pretty much rules this little section of their hotel empire."
At their offers to work, he shrugged. "You want something to do in your spare time, feel free to pick up a uniform and play bellboy. But honestly she's a push-over for catboys. I'm sure she won't ask you guys to pay."
"And Yuki, I think Pocki would be happy to meet you sometime. He's really nice." He stood up and moved towards one of the customer phones that lined one wall. "I'm going to call up to my friend's room and see what rooms are available, okay?"

Sairin raised an eyebrow when he heard about Ki's friend's being a push-over for catboys. Chuckling a bit, he nodded as he watch Ki leave.
Looking at Yuki, he laughed when Yuki questioned about bellboys.
"Bellboys are guys who either open the door for hotel guests or help them with their luggage and lead them to their rooms, and where'd you find the uniform?" Sairin asked after explaining.
