As stated in the previous post, block or not, the rest of the actions happen anyway.
And the author would like to note that he wouldn't have made the kick in the first place if it had had the slightest possibility of shattering his character's foot, Ikibe remains unharmed.

"WOULD YOU SONS OF BITCHES -HURRY UP-!?" Shouyin yelled, and then sat back in the stands, thoroughly pissed.

((First attempt foiled. Here is a *likely crappy* second attempt.))
The kick reached the staff and was blocked with no apparent damage to the foot. However, that didn't mean Dreslin couldn't try to make a quick grab for it. The folded arms above the foot lowered quickly and were quickly brought downward. The hands closed inward to make possibly what could be considered the poorest attempt to grab the foot (or attempt to grab any foot for that matter) on both sides. Dreslin's left hand to Ikibe's left side of the foot. Dreslin's right hand to Ikibe's right side of the foot. Both hands holding onto it for dear life. If successful, Dreslin would likely be dragged by the backwards dash, however he would seemingly be inside the AOE of the Ikibe's shield.
His annulment stance glow would not fade from his body. Instead, it would look like lines are moving inward to his mouth which still held his staff. The idea behind this being the annulment stance AOE was being reduced to his teeth and being kept at his teeth for the time being. It would reduce the strain on his spiritual energy dramatically, but yet still keep it 'on the playing field.' Ready to expand when necessary.
((Likely it won't work, but what the hell.))

Ikibe was long long gone, already off and away from his opponent as revving up his Godseal. But that didn't mean he would be away for long, as moments later he rushes Dreslin once again. The punch that folows is in a different world from the kick before, a massive straight armed blast from a solid position with his momentum, and the Strength of his God behind it.
Now with his annulment stance, Dreslin should be able to reduce the majority of the damage presented here. But even if he blocked, the shockwave being created by this rush would likely knock him off the ting platform he stood on.

If I can actually, fight? No more playing around? And just a mortal Now Ikibe has not only majorly pissed off Dreslin, but caused a major adrenaline rush which triggered a form of a "fight or flight" kind of frenzy. And he chose to fight. He quickly got up while the man blurred away, prepping himself. When Ikibe rushed forward to do his punch, Dreslin hand open-palmed to catch the fist.
The punch is caught with its power going against that of the mortal's hand, the hand's fingers closing around the punch. What Ikibe would find would be quite strange. The punch stopped completely (if the godseal is a one-shot deal), or both of their hand shaking as power was fighting power. Dreslin hand itself would look perfectly fine while his robe would flow in response to the power being exerted, as if wind was blowing it. Yet, Dreslin was not knocked off the platform. Nay, he was standing in the same spot.
During the whole ordeal, what can be noticed was that the annulment stance was indeed, not in effect around Dreslin's body. Still 'stored' within his tooth. One thing was for certain, this mortal wasn't backing down from nobody. Not Ikibe. Not his God. Not Josy and the Pussycats. Nobody.

Ikibe snarls, grinning and baring teeth. The Godseal was clearly not a one time deal, as it was still shining and whirling on his left shoulder. Catching Ikibe's fist was all well and good, but without his annulment stance Dreslin would notice something was wrong rather fast.
The shockwave hadn't been created simply by the force of the punch, it was an internal effect. The first body contact was enough to transfer the true force behind the blow into his opponent. It would be like a bomb going off inside of a normal man's cardiovascular system. Veins would rupture, the heart would explode, and blood would boil.
"You're out of your league, mortal."
If that didn't do it, one would hope Dreslin could fly. The externally showing shockwave that had rode with Ikibe would slam into the metaphorical wall of Dreslin and shatter the section of precipice below them, what he was standing on. (Not an aimed effect, if there had been something to the sides or above it would have done crushing damage to that too)

Logically, veins would rupter, the heart would explode, blood boil etc. Logically, when you try to kick a thick door completely off its hinges or break shackles by pulling them apart, your hands and feet would be hurt pretty bad. Logicaly, Dreslin shoulda been pwned by the punch initially. Shockwave or no shockwave
However, when mortals become emotional and go into the "fight or flight" response, certain rules of physics go out the window or become extremely bent.
The arteries, veins, and capillaries on Dreslin's hand and arm (under the sleeve) would look like it is about to burst, yet something was holding it together. Something that kept on wanting to repel Ikibe's attack no matter what. Mainly, the will to live. The will to resist. The will is to pwn the living s**t outta this guy. And here Dreslin was, still holding back the power of this man's punch. Despite his insults.
The shockwave first cracked the platform the below them, before making it come apart. Yet, Dreslin could be seen floating in the air, the same as Ikibe. What had happening during the cracking of the platform? Simple, Dreslin bowed his head a bit and closed his eyes. Looking like it was dead a bit, or asleep when in fact he was praying. Then, a black glow surrounded his body. It would act as his wings for the time being.

___Somewhere in the near future, this fight is nominated for the "Most Annoying Match Ever" award, but loses to Pichu vs. Noobz0rz by a hair.

So Dreslin stopped one, and could block a single punch. Ikibe clearly didn't care. His fist easily is pulled out of Dreslin's hand, and fired forwards again. But its different this time, the effect, whether it be speed or some odd technique has Ikibe firing ten punches all at once.
Dreslin may be able to fly, but even if he tried to dodge Ikibe would follow. The pitiful mortal may be able to prevent the inevitable, but never would avoid it.
