Naw. They sell kendo sticks from the show. I heard the break easily. I'll just stick with Balmung.

but any rurouni kenshin is anime/manga...no real ppl..so how could u get a kendo sword??

The swords are replicated to look like the ones from the show (really they just look standard). I didn't mean they actually took a 2D object and made it 3D. Thats just plain stupid and childish to think that. Its not possible or at least not yet (who knows what technology will bring).

Samurai X is pretty much a 3 part OVA series consisting of 6 (?) episodes (i.e R.O.D OVA is 3 episodes). The first two parts (Trust and Betrayal) follow Shinta, renamed Kenshin, in his younger days as an assassin before the Meiji Government. The last OVA (Reflections) was created 3 years after the other two and the Rurouni Kenshin series (not really sure, Its been a while since I wrote the review) and follows Kenshin's life after the battle with Makoto Shishio up until his death. Its one of the best peices of anime in my opinion in terms of visual, story, and soundtrack.

I like Rurouni Kenshin. The only problem is that I'm a complete manga junkie, and to read the manga, you have to buy lGod knows how many.... gonk Same with Inuyasha. xp

Dark_Scorpio I prefer Samurai X over Kenshin. That is just so much more awesome... yes it's a bit gorey.. :;coughs:: but still it's pretty awesome. I have music videos of Samurai X with songs like, Wait and Bleed, Numb and In the End as the music. I'm gonna get the Samurai X movies sooner or later. As for Kenshin it's just a nice lil' aftermath, and it's mostly just humourous, I don't see a whole lot of action or fighting in it, and it's mostly just other characters not even Kenshin who fights. It's kinda disappointing to me... Thats exactly how I feel! We MUST be soulmates! 3nodding

Samuri X does seem alot more serious than Rouroni Kenshin but i liked the character art from RK better
