I tend to enjoy the manga more than the anime like Descendants of Darkness. The anime was good I enjoyed it very much but you found out alot more about the characters and the story through the manga than you ever did in the anime.

Manga, is excellent for when you are on the go, while anime is for those, who want to visualize the action, I guess. biggrin

it depends on what I come across first like death note I love the show but rather not read the book, and fruit baskets love the book don’t really care for the show

Manga
Black and white, no fear of bad voice actors, no fear of bad color choices, original story...
I like anime if it's good quality. Many times I've seen how good series i turned in to anime. Colors is the main reason why I don't like anime so much and prefer black and white manga. Sometimes colors will make the characters look odd and other things too... And I hate fillers and side stories in anime and sometimes there is somebody drawing episodes that really doesn't care how the outcome looks like, it's only important that it's ready in time...

i say manga, but i watch the mang to hear the voice and see color of hairs, eyes ect.

It really all depends on how interesting it is all and all.
As such as, for manga, Naruto is best in manga form because it gives all the information, easy to understand and grasp the whole ideal.
In manga where there is a lot of action/fighting/conflicts it's better seen in anime, but it gives off the feelings of excitment.
50/50, but I mostly prefer manga since I can focus taking time to see the draw styles. biggrin
