~Azure offered no comment to the arrival of Issildia's subordinate. He only gazed back at the humans and signalled them to follow him into the council chamber. He was not one to converse with those unfamiliar to him. He did not care whether or not they followed him, but he knew that if they were present this night, they must have a seat on the council seeing as how it is open for all Clan Leaders. Nonetheless, he entered the chamber and took his usual place, away from the group but close enough to hear the discussion. He would voice his opinion only when it was necssary.~

Satinka gave the commotion only a glance and continued to sip at her beverage. She made no move to stand.

"Are those worthless weaklings fighting amongst themselves? How stupid. I keep telling Issildia we should enslave the humans, it'd really be for their own good."

Satinka made something of a frown and finished her drink. She didn't pick up the fork.

"They're awful at even the simplest of things, such as cooking."

Issildia only offered the barest of nods to Hykoshi and his wife upon their response for they had finally made their way to the council chamber.
It was a massive room with seating arranged like that of an amphitheater , the lesser clan leaders arranged themselves at the outer edges of the chamber while the more influential made their way to the inner circle.
Waiting for only a moment for Hykoshi and those that accompanied him to take their places, Issildia silently remained in the same area as Azure, away from the soon to be feuding masses of the council.


It was then that a pale haired man garbed in white robes entered the inner circle on the room. Following behind him was a young girl that took her place at the edge of the inner circle.
Lord Valkari the chancellor of the Order oversaw all the undertakings that the council enacted, he also saw to it that the Order avoided unnecessary quarrels during a meeting.
Without a word he raised his right hand to silence those within the room. It took a matter of moments before volume within the room was to his liking but finally he spoke.

"Under normal circumstances I would not rush the proceedings as I will today, but there is not the time for pleasantries." Agara Valkari stated in a solemn tone as he lowered his hand slowly.

"I see that our numbers are greater this day, this is not without reason for I know why you have come. A threat is now making itself apparent within the people of this world..." he said while proceeding to pause for a moment before continuing on.
"Always we have been able to cast down our enemies with the swift blow of a sword, but no longer for strength of arms will not grant us victory in this instance."
Finally cutting to the chase Agara continued.
"Primarily in the lands of Natori a group of radicals that call themselves the Infinitus have been gathering mass followings of people to join their ranks. It is not yet known as to who their leader is, but they have begun to spread through the woodland realm…taking what they desire in believing that it is their right to do as such. Those that have resisted were not weak communities in the least and yet they fell; the mass numbers of those following the ways of the Infinitus are easily wiping out any that reject their ways…"

"Then why not go out in full force and face them." Interrupted Kiris. "If we managed to combine our efforts we would crush them…no matter how great their numbers."

"This conflict can not be resolved through strength in arms…" Issildia said cutting off Kiris. "If they are as radical and non-conformist as you claim Lord Valkari, then I doubt that they will respect the rules of engagement. A different…less straightforward tactic would of more use against the enemy."
Glancing to the side at the other members of the Order she continued on, "Though before such plan can be made I assume that negotiations have already been attempted."

Lord Valkari nodded in a grim manner, "Attempts have already been made…to no avail as it would seem."

Lord Valkari offered a faint not to Hykoshi before continuing, "This is only a taste of what is to come...the Infinitus will spread quickly, even as far as the mountains Enathai to the white shores of Llewellyn."
Agara then gestured to his young daughter Laera who waited at the edge of the inner circle with a set of documents in her hands. Without a word she handed the items requested to her father.

"A rare chance has presented itself to make a preliminary strike against the Infinitus...we have gathered news stating that a band of the group now travels to Celeste to gather followers from there they will most likely turn to Altair." as he said this he looked up briefly at Ashlar the leader of the human community at Altair.

"We must attempt to stop the Infinitus from making contact with Celeste yet we also need information on their leaders...so now I ask the Order to take advantage of this chance and send out a collective party of those of proper skill to commit to this mission."
The room went silent as Agara stated this request...many guessed that this would be suicide going to face this new threat in small numbers.

"You can not be serious, how can we defeat them in this manner, it is a fool's errand." Kiris stated in a flat tone.

"I must say that I agree with her." commented Darin, his voice barely muffled by the mask that adorned his face. "Already attempts such as that have been made to no avail. What can you hope to accomplish with defeat certain?"

The room remained silent as he concluded his statement; Agara's face fell as no others spoke out.

"So that is it then? None of you will do anything?" Agara said with a deepening frown. Behind him his daughter was nervously biting her lip as the room offered no response to her father's words.


Kyrion had arrived only moment after Issildia and now stood behind her, a wry expression crossing his face. "Do you intend to go?" he said softly as his eyes darkened, his hand coming to rest on the hilt of the blade at his belt.
For a moment Issildia made no move as if she had heard him before a slight smirk crossed her face. "Certain death...small chance of success...of course we will be in attendance." she uttered in a persistent yet curt manner with undertones of cynicism.

A satisfied expression appeared on the azerian's face. "Good."

Finally after Agara was about to close the discussion Issildia spoke.

"The Iliriya will prosecute this undertaking Lord Valkari."

Agara seemed surprised at this but maintained his composure.
"Will there be any others?" he asked stoically.

"The Aydolen will aid in this endeavor as well." pronounced Darin Azarak.

"As will the Tirshara." Kiris said grimly, "Can't let you take all the credit Darin." she added in a scathing manner.
"I would expect nothing less my lady." Darin replied with a laugh.

Agara looked back to those that had yet to speak, "Are there any others that will aid in this?"

"So be it" replied Agara after all had put their word in towards venturing out to face the enemy. He was most pleased that they had managed to get a number of the clans to lend their aid though he was concerned that discord would soon find its way into the group once they set out. But he excluded these thoughts from his mind as he turned to the matter at hand.

"This concludes this meeting." Agara stated as he departed from the inner circle. Those that had agreed to go to Celeste and intercept the enemy were gathering at the outside of the inner section of the chamber where Agara would give them any other details that he could provide to better prepare them for the mission.

"Who will be leading this mission." questioned Kiris abruptly as Issildia arrived to stand a short distance behind the others, Kyrion remaining slightly behind her to the left.

"No one" answered Agara in a curt manner. "I expect all of you to be able to function as a unit."

"Then this mission is doomed before it even begins" Darin said with a cynical laugh; Kiris and Agara both casting a severe frown at him.

"What sort of intelligence has been gathered on the matter, enemy numbers, structure schematics for enemy facilities...allies of the Infinitus?" questioned Issildia in a flat tone devoid of emotion.

Turning his attention from Kiris and Darin, Agara furrowed his brow slightly.
"Not much has been gathered, but we have gotten word that the group headed to Celeste will number no greater than a few hundred. Not enough to destroy the city but enough to convince the citizens to join their cause."

"I see." Issildia responded before falling silent once again as she crossed her arms.

"There is little more information that we know that would be of any use to you." Agara then said, speaking to the group as a whole.

Issildia's eyes darkened, "I take orders from no one, and I do not intend to start now. If you wish to appoint a leader, my clan will pursue the mission separately."

"Lady Nevar, though it is doubtful that a leader will be appointed, I admit that he makes a valid point...the group would function best with a leader, instead of feuding constantly over who should give orders. Would you so easily withdraw the aid the Iliriya because of this?" Agara countered.

She met Agara's gaze, "I am not the sort to offer idle threats, you know this well Lord Valkari."

Issildia shook her head slightly, "I do not wish to be appointed so..." she then paused for a brief instant before continuing. "Your words are taken well Hykoshi but I do not wish to be the one to lead this endeavor."

Kiris only looked at Hykoshi with venom, "You would nominate an assassin? They think only for themselves and do not concern themselves with the well being of others...There profession is nothing more than that of a glorified soldier that has seen better days." she uttered in a scathing manner.

Finishing off her glass, Satinka took her time strolling over to Ashrem.

"I suppose I could watch them squabble. We've got time to kill. "

She crossed her arms and looked, partially hoping the commotion would lead to a battle to the death.
