Umm... Superman is a western character, ki is derived from Japanese philosophy.. You don't assume someone has ki when they haven't been stated to have it.

And I'm pretty sure Superman has a decent amount of life force, or else he wouldn't be alive. Everyone and every living thing has it, no matter how much.

That was a very entertaining dojin.
Hey, is it safe to say that energy manipulation is in Goku's repertoire?
Is it safe to say that if he had the chance, he could draw energy from Superman to make himself or some attack stronger?

No. The only thing that Goku has in his list of attacks that absorbs energy from other things is the SB. Even if he COULD suck out energy, Superman's feild, negates energy manipulation of his person.

The only times I recall Goku recieving energy from people/beings are: -When using the Spirit Bomb -When finishing off Broly (non-canon) And both of those instances where when the givers were doing it out of their own free will.

Goku can't suck energy out of his opponents, he's not a Herald of Galactus.

Ki is the definition of LIFE ENERGY all living thing possess KI so yeah you assume he has at least some KI. If that was the case Goku would not have KI he is not Asian he is a Saiyan.

Goku is used to fighting people/creatures that have HUGE amounts of KI (as in that's where they derive most of their power). People that, when they show up Goku does the little choking thing because there is so much KI. Superman would probably only have a little more KI than a normal person since his powers are biological in nature. So if Goku loses sight of Supes, he's not just going to be able to immedately sense his whereabouts. He'd have to search for him. And in that amount of time Supes could travel around the planet or whatnot.

But I'd just like to point out that Goku was easily able to locate and teleport to where Bulma was, someone who has the same or less amount of ki than Superman.

That basically mean it was not first conceived in America. Unless Superman, who I recall being created by a Canadian and an American, has been stated to have ki, he does not have it. You can't automatically force someone else's belief on another.

Well not entirely a term, because many people have different beliefs on this "life force" So just limiting it to just a term, we're not giving the philosopher any credit.

Btw, Goku only has the speed advantage on Superman over LONG distances...
Goku's reaction time is much lower, and IT still takes two to three seconds concentration to work. Superman can cover a LOT of ground in a second...
